After yesterday's heated activities in the studio, the two boys decided to keep their distance a little. Not because they're tired of seeing each other. No, they just need to get back into their normal life, aka college for Ashton and castings for Luke.

When Luke came back from his castings - yes, he had two this morning - he was super smiley, a nice change from his usual disapointed pout. To say it went well was an understatement. The people at the castings were super impressed with Luke's improvement and pictures from his modeling book. They took lots of photos and had him try on clothes that, for once, weren't too preppy for his liking and looked decent on him. They were only small boutiques downtown but Victor&Victoria is soon opening in America which is huge for a small boutique from Melbourne. This might be Luke's chance to shine, who knows.

After his castings,he met up with his mum at the hospital. They agreed on having lunch together to make up for the dinner he missed accidently.

''How was you casting?'' she asked as soon as he passed trough the hospital's automatic doors.

He smiled, content, catchign her interest. Luke is rarely so smiley after a casting. ''It was great,'' he replied. ''I showed them my new photos and they said I was super great and did an impressive improvement. Mrs Victoria liked me a lot, she said I was the cutest boy she's seen at the casting.''

Liz raised an eyebrow, picking up her handbag before heading out of the hospital and walking to her car. She sat in the driver seat, Luke in the passenger side and pulled out of the parking. ''Mrs Victoria?''

''She's the owner of Victor&Victoria,'' he explained, buckling up. ''She's very nice and they sells decent clothes. I was surprised when I saw jeans and tees instead of cardigans, trousers and dress shirts.''

''Maybe it'll be your chance at modeling.''

''Maybe,'' he agreed.

From: Ashton

I know we've said we would give each other a little space but I finished my course-work for the day, wanna hang out later? After my classes, I mean. I'm still in class, ha! Maybe we could catch dinner together? And I miss you a whole lot.. <3

Luke smiled at the text message, quickly typing a reply to the cute cashier. Ashton is so cute without even trying. Every messages he send Luke gives him butterflies inside his stomach and his lips turn up everytime he thinks about him.

''Was that from loverboy?'' asked Liz, pulling her son out of his bubble. The car ride is a joy when your lunch compagnon is glued on his phone, acting like a typical teenager. Luke turned, humming. He thought she was mad that he was kinda ignoring her but she was actually smiling. ''It's nice to see you like this. All smiley and happy. It hasn't happened since, you know. He must makes you really happy.''

The blonde nodded at his mother's assumption. ''Very much.''

''Do you have the intention of presenting your boy to your old mum one time? Or are you too old to have my aproval for dating?''

''I don't know. He is very busy with college and work...'' Luke trailed as he stared out the window.

''Is that you trying to tell me you don't want me to meet him? You don't need to defile yourself, Luke. You can tell me if-''

''No, no! This is not a lame excuse, mum. He studies photography, advenced photography in college and with the end of the semester aproaching, he has lots of work to do at night and project tohand. On top of that, he works at Starbucks on the weekends since it's impossible for him during the week now.''

Liz turned to her son, lowering her sunglasses to eye her son. ''A photographer?'' she hummed, looking at Luke in during a red light. ''Interesting.''
