Leaving home wasn't that difficult as I had seen in movies. I had mostly mixed feelings. I was leaving from the place that I was born and grown up and I was heading to the other edge of the world for a permanent residence.

The ride was quiet enough. Everyone was looking out of the window when we finally reached to the airport. We gave our tickets to dad and me and Aidan chose two seats next to the window.

The flight was several hours but for me seemed like a lifetime. Aidan was holding my hand through the whole flight. I was a little scared of the height and he was trying to make me feel more comfortable. We never used to be so closed with my brother but in the last few years we had came much closer. Due to our parent's constant fights we used to spend more time together talking and helping each other.

After we smooth landed we rent a car to drive us to our new home. The track's non-urban scene was more than breathtaking. It was magnificent and there was a different smell in the air. A calming one. Me and Aidan looked each other." Are you okay?" he whispered.
"I'm fine .Aidan? Are we going to make it?" He smiled at me and crossed his fingers. That was something that we had discovered. Like a privet sign language. We did that every time we were scared anxious or nervous. But this time Aidan was neither of them, he just wanted to make me feel comfortable.
"We're goanna be fine Angelia, I have your back, always" and we both laughed ,he was my young brother, I was responsible for him.

While we were driving a thick shadow covered the sky. My heart bounced as we entered a two-sided road full of trees. All kinds of trees. It was the middle of the autumn and all the trees were covered with golden and brown leaves. Some of them were too old to stand alone and they had leaned against others and  had blended their branches with trees that hadn't been affected by the autumn. Automatically I thought of the woods back to my old house. I remembered of Simon and all the trees I had named.

Trees were something more than special to me. Due to being so shy and closed to myself, a strong bond between me and the trees had been created. My mother had told me that my new house would be in a place where, in the front there would be a lake named Crescent and in the back, a big forest with beautiful trees, trails and waterfalls.

"Aidan, hey Aidan" he was totally absorbed by his mobile. He was downloading music. In that case we were fit like a glove. We both love music and spent most amount of our time finding new songs .
"Aidan look we are almost there, get ready."

When we finally arrived the first thing I saw was a majestic mansion arising in front of some massive trees. Moreover, anyone could get lost at the sight of the blue lake and feel the breeze pierce his body. It was magical, indeed.Apart from the house the rest of the area was pretty much the same! Beautiful scenery, huge houses like ours and lots, lots of trees.

During the whole trip I wasn't concerned about our stuff. Who was going to bring them, had we packed all of them? Had we taken everything?...No I never was a person with many concerns. Against the grain I was scatty and always lost in my thoughts. Never bothered me, I liked it there.

Dad gave each of us a key fitting to the front door. Aidan full of curiosity and agony opened the door and ran upstairs. Mom and dad went to the living room and I moved straight ahead. In front of me there was one white door. Well, it was supposed to be my future room and I had to redecorate it. "Angelia" said mom "Are you sure, honey ,that you want this room? There are many bigger rooms upstairs."

"No mom, this is perfect". Enthusiasm was not what my eyes were showing, so I avoided the eye contact with my mother.

Deep inside I liked this room. It was neither big but nor too small. It had two big enough windows and a door leading to a bathroom. One of the four bathrooms that the house had.
I was never a show off so the view of the trees out of my window was just what I wanted. Also the shadows of the trees made my bedroom look darker than the other rooms. Exactly what I needed. I never liked the girly, pink stuff. I was more into dark colors since I remember myself.
I wasn't interested to see the rest of the house, I didn't really care.Anyway this was my home now,
I had to reorganize my life...starting with this room!
