When Morgan Brian fell asleep, the first thing she saw was the inside of a car.
Then, she saw her sister and her parents.

BOOM!!! She felt the crash happen. She didn't black out, though.
She saw everything from the outside of her body. She watched everything happen, and then, suddenly, she saw the operating room. She watched as her body was fixed.
Then she saw Lauren crying and being told everything.
