Lana was up before the sun, just as any morning. She's always been an early riser, nothing has ever stopped her from that, even staying up until the sun, then she just won't sleep and wait for the next night.

Lana had already showered for the day so she was just sitting in her bed reading Looking for Alaska by John Green. She's read it so many times the spine is falling apart and pages are going to fall out one day or another.

Nash was woken up by the Jacks arguing about something (as usual) and so he decided to just get up and take a shower. Little did he know, that was what they were arguing about.

Nash finished with his shower and let the two continue to argue over the shower. When the were done arguing it was too late for either of them to take a shower.

Lana packed her backpack up with textbooks and notebooks, lucky to have about an hour of free time after her first class.

She went across campus, purposely walking in the California sun, loving the way it touched her already sun-kissed skin.

When she came up to the science building she stepped in and went right to the back of the hallway to her chemistry class. She sat at her table which she sat at with a nice girl name Trinity, they've had some nice conversations but talking a lot goes out of Lana's comfort zone so she chooses to sit and keep her mouth shut.

The teacher- Mr. Hyde who might breath his last breath today- walked in the classroom, stopping at his podium and started the endless lecture.

Lana went back to her dorm. She went on her computer and wrote. When she's bored, she likes to write, it helps relieve stress.

After a while, she got bored of writing and put some music on and read her book. She was almost done with her book though she just started last night.

Nash~ Are you done with classes?

Lana~ For the rest of the day, yeah.

Nash~ what's your dorm room?

Lana~ 46

Nash~ k. On my way.

Lana didn't invite him and she didn't know why she was so okay with it. Oddly enough though, she was.

Nash stood outside her door for a while before knocking. When he did knock, she was fast to open the door, of course she had a bag of chips in her hand and music was on in her room, in one corner she had all of her textbooks open and spread out. Her notebooks along with it, not her journal though.

"Homework?" Nash asked looking over towards the corner, Lana nodded and swung her legs up on her bed then sat down.

"I like your room."

"Thanks. I did it myself, Mara hated it though." Lana looked around her room with pride.

"It's nicer than our dorm. Mines a mess and it smells bad."

"Well...."

"Don't finish."

"Fine."

"What song is this?" Nash asked about the song Lana had playing in the background.

Lana paused for a few seconds. "Colors; Halsey."

"I've heard of her but never listened to it."

"I like Halsey. And unlike a lot of people, I listen to everything music has to offer, unless it's from before I was born. I like Rap and Hip-Hop and I like Country and Alternative."

Nash smiled. "Not many people are like me."

Lana sat in her corner, the one with all the books open in it and started working.

"I hate homework." Lana looked up.

"Well it's the weekend now and lunch is almost to come, would you like to go with me?"

Lana smiled. "Food is amazing so therefore I'll go with you."

"And I would've found you."

"True. Your a stalker." Lana smiled.

Nash nodded, "That I am."

After a while of silence, the previous song faded into nothingness and then the next song came on. Car Radio.

Lana made a move to change the song but Nash held her back. "Keep it."

Lana didn't want to. She liked the song only when she was alone. Not with anybody because it describes why she always has music.

Nash knew the song. He also had a feeling he knew why she wanted to change it.

They sat in silence, even after the song was over.
