Chapter Thirteen.

Almost a month later. .

Me and Rari finally found a house. It's a three bedroom two bath at that. Two rooms up stairs and one down stairs. It was beautiful. I couldn't stop smiling.
We honestly moved kind of far. He said he wanted to get away from drama and everyone. I was okay with it but we really didn't have drama. It was just Nikki. She gave us trouble. Rari did his dirt, but you don't see people coming after us trying to kill us. I never had a fight in my whole life, until I faught Nikki. My own damn sister. 
This was a new beginning. We are starting fresh. We only got one month left until we graduate and after we graduate he wants to take a trip and move out of state somewhere else. I told him no because we just moved into this home but shit it's his money and want the best for us so fuck it I'm down for whatever to be real. Especially with this man I love him already and I can't deny it.

Today, the movers are coming to put the furniture in the house and I am to excited. I told China about me and Rari getting our own place and instead of her being happy for me I just felt this vibe where I knew she was jealous or something. I been knowing her since Elementary school. We been kicking it for years. I cried to her she cried to me. I stayed at her house plenty of times she fed me. She more of a sister to me than Nikki ever was so for China to throw shade the way she did really broke my heart. I was going to go over her house and kiss her ass but, Rari simply said fuck her. If she was a real friend she would of came and helped you pick out furniture. She would of called after the situation that happened in school. I hate to admit it but, bae was right.

After, the movers finally moved all of our things in I asked Rari if I could go by my mother's house. "Why" he said looking confused. "I have a couple of things I need from there" I said. "I'll be in and out babe I promise you can come in with me" I added. "Fine" he said shaking his head and grabbing his keys. "What's the matter" I asked. "Whatever you got there I'll replace it for real. Your mother's place ain't shit but issues and I know if we go there it might be some shit" he added. He was right but I had something my father left me and Rari couldn't replace that. "I promise in and out" I said. He agreed and we was headed to my mothers.

When we pulled up to the house it looked empty and that was a good thing. I was just trying to be in and out. I didn't want any trouble. "Ain't nobody here" Rari said cutting the engine off. "I still have the key come on Rari" I said getting out of the car. I opened the door and the house was the same from when I left. A fucking mess. I went to the closet and grabbed my bags full of everything. I also made sure I grabbed my school books that I have to give back to the school as well. "I'm a take this to the car" Rari said. I nodded and went into the bathroom and grabbed my hair products. I stuck them in my bag and left out the bathroom. I folded the only blanket that I ever slept with and that's the one my dad mother gave me. I only seen her once in my whole life but I never got rid of it. I promised her I'll keep it forever. I had some horrible memories in this house. "Look what the wind blew in" a voice said. I knew who it was I turned to walk away but she stood in my way. "I just came by to get my stuff" I said. "Baby you ready to go" Rari said coming in. "Damn Nikki was right you are a man stealer how long you been fucking him you little slut" My mother said pushing me. "Come on T" Rari said pulling at my arm. "Yea leave like you always do run away" She yelled as I was leaving out the door. I got to the car and Rari helped me put my things in. I felt tears going down my face. These wasn't tears of sadness these were tears of hatred. I ran back in and busted in her door. Rari chased after me. "I done took to damn much from you and your fucking daughter for to many years but, guess what you can't hurt me anymore Brenda and I wish you the best and the day you let that man take something that I wanted to save for someone I loved I realized you wasn't shit but a damn junkie. You're beyond a fucked up person. I had nights were I wanted to put a bullet in your fucking head, because you don't deserve life, but the insecurities that I have are because of you. There was times were I wanted to take my life because of you. I learned to over come the stress you and your daughter put on me. I learned to forgive you in my own way. I'm a kill you with kindness because god got plans for you." I said to Brenda. And with that being said I left and never turned back.
I never wanted to see Brenda again.

On the ride home I was a mute. It was time for a different me out with the old and in with the new. "Take me to China house" I said to him. He didn't question me. Within minutes we pulled up at China house. "Wait here" I said getting out of the car and going to her building. I took a deep breath and knocked on her door. Surprisingly, China answered "can we talk" I said. She stepped to the side letting me in. She stood there with her arms crossed "you are something else" she said. "What are you talking about" I said. "You get a boyfriend and you just forget about your best friend" she said pointing to herself. "I never forgot about you what are you talking about" I said. "Girl he don't like you he playing you alright boo boo . Come on now just about 2 weeks ago he ain't even know you existed now all of sudden you and him in love ha yea right Terra" she said laughing. "Out of all people I would never expect all this jealousy to come from you we are better than this" I said. "Just get out my house" she said opening the door for me. "Fine I ain't about to beg you" I said walking towards the door. "That's a first" she said. "I never begged you. If anyone was begging it would be you" I said stopping in my tracks. "What" she said. "Don't what me you wanna be smart and put people down lets go China. So you never begged for money ? Dick ? a relationship?" I said getting ready to burst her bubble. "Is your fat ass stupid bitch I ain't never been a bum never had to beg for dick or money or any of that shit don't let just because you took your sister nigga you just that bitch or some" she said getting mad. "You fucked my brother and thought I didn't know ? You was crying because you thought he was gone be with you girl you begged and begged I heard him talking about you to Hakeem and when he ain't want to fuck you anymore China you started begging for dick and than you had the nerve to ask him to pay your phone bill so who the bum bitch now" I said. "Oh and by the way I never stole my sisters nigga he came willingly so I guess my fat ass is the shit toodles" I said leaving her stuck. I walked away with a smile I actually felt good.

Finally getting rid of the baggage. Now I'm moving on with my life.
