The two boys continue chatting loudly or rather than Hide was talking to Kaneki loudly.
They didn't know that Rize was eavesdropping and listening on their conversation.
"Their talking about us,Shizuka-chan"she said
"They only notice our appearance but didn't know the monster inside us.If they know,they will be terrified and disgusted about us "Shizuka commented
"But the boy with black hair looks delicious"Rize murmed while looking at Kaneki. .
Shizuka stopped reading her book and looked at Kaneki head to toe then went back reading.
"Not interested"she said
"Huh!you don't want him?Well fine,your loss"Rize said
"Ill be going now,I have a bad feeling tonight be careful,Bye Rize"she said and finished her cake and coffee
"Bye Shizuka-chan see you later. I'm going to talk to the black haired boy"Rize said while she watched Shizuka exit the cafe.Rize formed a plan to lure Kaneki in her mind and walked toward him.

Shizuka calmly walked on the 20th Ward with a frown etched on her face. She can't shake the bad feeling she feel on Rize.Now all she have to do is to pray that Rize at least listened to her warnings.She shook her head repeatly.
What I was thinking?!Rize is strong! Well not just as stong as me but she is not an S rank for nothing!!she thought
She continue her walk while her right hand was clutching the book Rize gave her.

Night
Kaneki didn't know what to do.He continue to run while clutching his wound on his shoulder.
What have a gotten myself into?!!!he thought
"Kaneki-san~~Where are you?~"Rize sang while looking for Kaneki
Kaneki was lost at his thoughts and didn't notice that Rize already found him. Mad grin broke on Rize's face.
"Found you~~~"she said and used her kagune to throw Kaneki in the air.
"I will scramble your organs inside of you~~"she shouted as she thrust her kagune on his stomach.
"Ahhhhhhhh!!!!"Kaneki screamed every thrust and he threw up a lot of blood
Rize threw him on the wall after.
"Ehh Your dead Kaneki-san? Oh well time to eat!!"she shouted
Before she have a chance to take a bite at Kaneki,many huge pillars fell on her..
The impact was strong..... strong enough to kill a ghoul
"H-h-how....d-did.. this... h-h-happen"Rize said while catching her last breath and her world went black.

Midnight
Its been a month after the incident,Shizuka entered the Anteiku with sadness written on her pretty face.
Baka Rize!why didn't you just listen to me!she thought

Shizuka looked at the counter and saw an old man brewing some coffee.
"Its been a while, Yoshimura-san"she greeted
"Indeed"Yoshimura nodded with a gentle smile on his face.
"Why don't you take a seat"Yoshimura suggested and Shizuka complied.
Yoshimura finished brewing the coffee and filled 2 cups with it. He carried the tray and set in on the table and took a seat across Shizuka.
"Why did you asked me to come here this late ?"she asked while looking at the coffee
"You know that Rize Kamishiro is dead right? "Yoshimura asked
"Of course, I'm the first one to know "she answered and he nodded
"She was with a boy named Kaneki Ken. I think she was trying to eat him before the incident happened.They transplanted Rize's organ to Kaneki Ken in order to live and after a few days he came here asking for help. He became a ghoul because of Rize's organ inside of him but the things is his kakugan is just in his one eye. He became just like you,Shizuka "Yoshimura said and Shizuka glared at him
"He's ARTIFICIAL I'm NATURAL We're DIFFERENT "She emphasized angrily
"But you're both One-Eyed"he reasoned calmly
"Whatever"she replied
"And I want you to help him"Yoshimura added.
"Why should I help him when he is the reason why my friend is dead!!!"she yelled
"Because this is my prize for defeating you 5 years ago if you still remember"he said
Flashback
Shizuka was laying on the snow bloody and panting. She can't even move her arms because of excruciating pain.
"A-alright Old man I-I lost what do you want me to do"she asked the still standing old man who slightly wounded with a deep slash on his stomach.
"Your very powerful One-Eyed Child.You manage to wounded me like this even in such a young age"He said and laughed
"W-what are you laughing at?"The One-Eyed Girl asked
"This is the best fight I had for decades "He answered while looking at the girl amazed
"For know I have nothing to ask from you.But one day, I will asked you to come at me and I will say my request to you.So wait for me.This will not be our last meeting Legendary One-Eyed"He said and left the girl lay on the snow.
Flashback End
"How could I forget my first defeat.Your the only one who ever beat me on a fight"I said and looked down shamefully
"Don't be ashamed because of that Shizuka. You're incredibly strong for your age back then.Wounding me like that.You continue to grow strong and look at you now,your as strong at me-"Shizuka cut him off
"But not as strong as him "she interrupted
Yoshimura sighed and looked at her frowning
"You know the saying "When you seek revenge, you have to dig two grave - one for yourself",right"he reminded her
"I don't mind dying as long as he die with me"she said
"But he still your fath-"he was interrupted again
"That man was no relative of mine!"she yelled angrily
"If thats what you want.I just don't want you to regret your actions later on"he reasoned
"Trust me, I will not regret killing the man who killed my mother"she scoffed
"Lets change the topic.So what do say about my request? "He asked
"Fine, I will help him to control Rize's power but how can I help him when we're not even staying at the same place?"she asked confusely
"That is why I asked you to come here.You will here in Anteiku as my assistant manager and protect this place while you help Kaneki-kun to control his power"he said
"Rize's power"Shizuka corrected
"If thats what you want to call it"he agreed
"About the job when will I start?"she asked
"Tomorrow"he answered bluntly and she sighed
