Chapter 4

We woke up the next morning got dressed and began to head out to check out all of the exhibits and shows. The first show we went to was at the mosasaurus exhibit.

"Jazmine calm down! It's just a dinosaur show." I said as she looked at me with still eyes.

"Just a dinosaur show? Zenon they brought dinosaurs back to the earth who wouldn't be excited?!" She said as she kept jumping around like a 5 year old kid.

I mean she did have a point we were at a theme park based on dinosaurs. Who wouldn't be excited about that?!

We walked into the exhibit and took our seats in the splash zone. Jazmine bought us amazing tickets to come here along with passes so we wouldn't have to wait for anything.

The lady began to tell us about this dinosaur while he was fed in a giant shark hanging off a wire. Then all of a sudden the dinosaur popped up and ate the shark. We all got drenched in salt water as the whole exhibit moved down so we could see the mosasaurus consuming the shark.

After the show was over we went on the Dino Train. It was the perfect place for Jace and Luke because nothing could scare them and they wouldn't get hurt. Each row has 10 seats, so we all sat in the middle row. First it was Dylan, then me, Jace, Jazmine, Luke, Ricky, Michael, then Jackie with a random person who seemed to be fond of her. The tour guide shut the door to the giant hamster ball after they stepped in. We all leaned back as the hamster ball began to roll.

"On your left you will see stegosauruses." The tour guide said as everyone looked to the left to see a ginormous stegosauruses feeding on the grass below.

Everyone awed in amazement as we passed by the dinosaurs. Then we came upon another species of dinosaurs called pterodactyls. We looked up to see dozens of flying pterodactyls just above our hamster ball.

"Whoa! Mommy! That's a dinosaur!" Jazmine looked down at Jace as she smiled and nodded back at his little, chubby face.

We rolled into the forest, as it began to get dark. The ball stopped as we all jolted backwards. Everybody began to wonder what was happening, and a few began to panic.

"Don't worry everyone. Take your seats! We're just having technical difficulties." The tour guide said as he began to tinker with the controls.

Then we all heard a loud stomp of a dinosaurs foot. We all became silent and began to look around from as far as we could see in the ball. Then all of a sudden an Indominus Rex came up on Jazmine and our side of the ball.

"Jazmine, don't move." I said as quietly as I could until I pulled her away from the glass.

The tour guide began to panic, which was not very helpful right now. I was pretty good with computers, possibly I could help. After saying that I sat up and slowly walked over to the control panel. I pulled down a lever, then pressed a green button. Once I did the ball began moving really fast. I grabbed the clutch and began to slow the ball down. As I did I looked behind me to see that the dinosaur was following us.

"Zenon! Go faster!" Jazmine yelled as I grabbed the clutch and pulled back.

"Hang on!" I yelled as we went full speed past all of the trees and other exhibits.

Apparently we weren't going fast enough because the dinosaur picked us up in his mouth and began to break the hamster ball. A chunk of glass broke off which made me fall Jazmine went to grab my hand but as she did she came down with me. We landed in the mossy ground as the dinosaur dropped the ball and began to chase us. Jazmine and I began to run as fast as we could until we found a thick tree to climb. This was going to be a long night.

Dylan's P.O.V
That was it. Zenon was gone, and it would be ages until they found her if she was even still alive. I looked over to Ricky who was holding Jace and Luke really tightly so they could fall either. I walked over to Ricky and put my hand on his shoulder.

"Ricky it's gonna be okay. They're tough girls. They'll stay alive in anyway they can." I said as Ricky looked up at me. His eyes were a bright red and a tear streamed down his cheek.

Just as I saw him a tear ran down my face and dropped onto my chest. We were going to find them. Sooner or later....
