Chapter 7

I couldn't hold back, I quickly jumped up and started to beat the shit out of him. He was lying on the floor with a bloody nose and possibly a broken rib.

Then just as the doctors we able to release my grip Ricky and Dylan came running through the door with Luke and Jace. They looked at me with a scared look in their eyes.

"Ashton..." Ricky said softly as he grabbed the kids and held them tightly. Ashton looked up straight to Jace. He quickly came to his feet.

"Jace...it's me...your dad." Ashton said as Jace began to cower back to Ricky.

"No you're not." Jace managed to get out. "Ricky's my daddy." He said as Ashton lost his smile. He then looked up to Ricky and began to run at him. Ricky backed away and held on to the kids when he heard a punch that wasn't him or the kids that got hit.

Zenon's P.O.V
I woke up strapped to a hospital bed. I looked to my right to see Jazmine asleep on her bed. He had a large red bandage around her what seemed to be her lower stomach. Then I looked down at me to find that I was wearing the exact same bandage just the gash was on my back.

"Ughh!" I groaned as I tried to turn to my left. I stopped with a sharp pain stabbing me in the back. I began to squint and the nurse came in with a wet rag and a bucket of water.

"Oh! Hello! I didn't realize you were up. Did you need something?" She asked very sweetly with a warm smile spread across her face.

I began to try to speak, but nothing could escape my mouth.

"Oh yea! That's right...I'm so sorry. I forgot you can't speak. Please don't try to but I do have one question that I'm required to ask." She paused then began again, "On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest, what is your pain level?" I began to try and speak again, but realized that I couldn't. So instead I held up 9 fingers. She nodded and left the room with a small bang on the door. I looked around to see if their was anything I could do to waste some time.

As I was looking around the doorknob began to jiggle. I looked up to see Ashton walking through the door.

I began to hesitate and I began to press the red nurse button rapidly until a tall, young nurse came in to see what was wrong. He sat next to me on my bed as he came down to my mouth to tell him what was wrong. I began to try to whisper when something finally escaped.

"Get him out of here." He looked up to Ashton and nodded as he walked up to him and escorted him out of the room.

"There you go. He will never enter the room again without your permission." I smiled at him as he smiled back then left the room with a graceful walk. After that I lied in bed for a good hour then my eyes began to slowly close.

I woke up with a suddenly jult of fright. I looked around the room to see Jazmine sitting up in her bed. Ricky was on the end of it talking to her while she was cuddling her kids. I looked around the room to find Dylan, but he was no where to be found.

"Where's Dylan?" I asked noticing my voice had come back.

"That's something we have to tell you." Ricky said with a small frown and teary eyes.

I began to be confused until I remembered Ashton walked in. He obviously had something to do with it.

Ricky gave a small nod to Jazmine, and she said, "Zenon...I'm sorry but Dylan's in a coma."

Ashton's P.O.V
I walked out of the room pissed off that Zenon had to get me kicked out. She needs to pay for what she's done to mine and Jazmine's relationship. This was the time for me to see Jackie.

I texted Jackie once I made it to the hotel to see what room she was in. When she texted me she said room 24. I began to continue walking down the hallway and I was near room 15. I finally made it to room 24 when I heard someone scream. I quickly knocked on the door, and Jackie opened the door, pulled me in, and shut it with a loud slam.

"Really?! You put Dylan in a coma?!" Jackie yelled at me with an angry look on her face.

"I wasn't trying to hit him! I was trying to hit Ricky but Dylan jumped in front of him to save him and the kids. Then when I knocked him out Michael got involved and then everything went downhill. That's when I went to go and see Zenon and Jazmine. Then Zenon called the nurse and got me kicked out." I said as Jackie rolled her eyes.

"That bitch! She doesn't know what the fuck she's doing."

I looked at her and nodded, that's when we knew what we had to do. We had to kill Zenon.
