"i wanna go home" Niall whimpired putting his food on the table and sitting next to Harry and Louis was sitting in the opposite of them both

"they're calling danny 'the ghost boy'.. This is too much for the kid" Harry said laughing

"yeah.. But he's an asshole so it fits him" Niall said giggling

"Louis?" Harry said but Louis wasn't on earth.. He was sinking in his thoughts

"Louis" Niall called louder hitting louis' leg under the table so Louis jumped in his place and looked at them

"what's the matter?"

"N-nothing" Louis said and took a sip from his juice

"you're not here, man, what's up?" Niall said

"what.. Did you see something?" Harry asked and Louis nodded

"what?" Harry asked and they both seemed interested to hear Louis

"i was in the class and saw an insect on my desk so i jumped in my place and hit it with my book and everyone looked at me as if i was a crazy asshole cause there was no shit under the book when i lifted it and it wasn't stuck in the book either.. There was nothing at all! I went to bathroom and guess what.. I didn't see myself in the mirror" Niall and Harry's jaws dropped and Louis continued

"i saw something else actually"

"what?!" Niall said furrowing his eyebrows

"i saw someone standing so damn close to me and looking at me but.. Only in the mirror. I wasn't seeing anyone beside me but in the mirror there was someone!.. I looked beside me and saw nothing and when i turned back to the mirror there was nothing but my reflection"

"shit" Harry whispered a curse and Niall was still looking at Louis in disbelieve

"what can i call this?" Louis said

"pure horror" Niall said with the same look on his face

Louis was about to say something but he was cut off by his phone ringing as a message just arrived

He checked it and it was from his mom. He raised an eyebrow and opened the message

*are you stupid Louis? Couldn't you just pick the broken glass from the floor or it could hurt someone!*

Louis looked at the boys in shock, swallowing cause he felt his heart beating in his throat

"what?" Harry asked

"it's mom" louis said and his breathes fastened

"what about her?" Niall asked

Louis handed them the phone so they can read it themselves

"what the actuall fuck! I did put it in the trash myself!" Harry said in disbelieve and Niall cursed

The three of the boys went back to Louis' house with him but they didn't find his mother

"lets wait then" Niall said sitting on the couch and Louis sat next to him hiding his face in his hands

"it's okay, Lou.. It has to be a misunderstand or something, just calm down" Harry said and they waited for an hour in silence until his mother arrived

"hey guys" she said, smiling

Louis stood up and rushed towards her

"mom, did you see a.. A broken glass yesterday?" Louis asked in a shaky tone

"yeah, honey you should've picked it or it could hurt me or anyone" she said putting down her bag and Louis wiped his face in disbelieve and his hand stayed covering his mouth for seconds
