Chapter 4

          "I was at the right place at the right time, huh?" Cameron says.

"Yeah definitely I don't think I would have made it to chem class on time." I chuckle nervously. Yeah I'm really nervous, I feel tight knots on my stomach. But why? It's not like he'll ditch class and take me with him. Pfft, get a hold of yourself Viva.

"So, I've heard a whole bunch about you, meaning around school grounds." He says turning to me and lifting an eyebrow.

"Wha-what about me...is it good, neutral, is it bad!" I say a little worried.

Laughing he says, "No, it's nothing neutral, or bad" he pauses for a second "It's all good stuff Viva." He turns to me flashing that beautiful smile.

Phew. "Well what do people say about me."

"Well, my first day at Oceanside was not the best remember."
"I agree." I say. "Well my first day at Oceanside right after Mrs. Reese roasted my ass-"

I laugh loudly.

"Mrs. Reese definitely roasted your ass." I say giggling and laughing.

"Anyways, after I was humiliated and class was over and it was time to go to our  second period I realized I couldn't find my room.  I realized I didn't know anything about this school, my surroundings, the places to chill, the classes! I didn't know where my classes were. So I asked this kid named Robert, and he told me well ask Viva, Ok. I asked another person, this time a sophomore, so asked her-"

"Oh what was her name?" I interrupted

"I don't know....Shelby I guess, anyways that's not the point. I asked her and she said Go ask Viva to help you. To this point I was getting really tired of people leaving me without any answers, but also very curious to why I was supposed to ask this Viva girl.

"And then what happened? Did you make it to second period." I said interested with his story.

"Hold on, it gets better. I was ready to ditch class until I saw some girl, she seemed like a junior so I went up to her asked her if she could help me find my classroom, Oh her name was Gianna and-"

"That's my best friend! Wow what a small world." I said fascinated and excited.

"Nope it's a huge school. But let me tell you what she said. She told me well why didn't you ask Viva to help you, only she can give you a tour of the school. She helps anyone." He said trying to mimic a girls voice.

"Yup, I'm a girl who loves helping. I love being around people...who need help." I said chuckling.

"But I didn't find you. That's the sad part of my story. I came in barely on time, and if it hadn't been for Gianna I would have been roasted by another teacher." He said playfully

"I'm sorry, I guess I had to make it to my class also." I said shrugging

"Really Viva. I know why you never came up to me and gave me a tour of the campus you knowing I was a new kid. You were nervous to talk to me because you see me as an intimidating person. I saw it in your eyes when you stared at me. Are you intimidated by me?" He says flirtatiously

Now I have a whole bunch of knots in my stomach. How the hell did he know he was intimidating to me? I hope we're near the school already! My palms are sweating, I'm about to drip sweat down my forehead, and I know for a fact that I look like a beat-red tomato. Yes! I see the school.

He has stopped the car, oh no.  "Vivaaa, hello. I asked you a question. Are you intimidated by me?" This time he got closer to me, not kissing close but close enough I could see his beautiful honey-glowing colored eyes. I can't breath, there is a lump in my throat. Oh boy, he is intimidating.

"Hahhuh, gotta blast!" And with that I jumped out of his car, running as fast as I can to the main office building. I didn't notice how much I was sweating until I saw my armpits. Gross. I hadn't  notice how much air I was holding in until I exhaled out, I didn't notice how much this guy intimidates me.

*Ring, Ring*

"Welp, at least I won't be late."
