I was in my room looking through my spell-book to see if it said another explanation on why my eyes turned green but nothing. And evie keeps asking who the boy is. But I just keep saying no one, it's getting really annoying.
Evie: who is he who is he (she repeats over and over again)
Mal: (groans) no one
Just then jay and Carlos come though the door. Jay is holding a black suit and Carlos just keeps groaning.
Carlos: jay I don't wanna wear a suit (wines)
Jay: come on man, don't you wanna look nice for Audrey (teases)
My eyes literally bugged out of my head.
Carlos: come on man I don't wanna go tonight, I just wanna chill with my rebel. (He said as he sat on mal's bed and grabbed her hand softly)
Mal: (blushes)
Jay & evie: (look at them weirdly)
Carlos: (realizes what he's doing and let's go quickly while getting off her bed)
Mal: (looks down sad)
Carlos: fine I'll go put on the stupid suit.
Jay: (smiles)
Carlos: (goes into the bathroom with the suit then comes out a few minutes later wearing the suit)
When I saw Carlos in the suit my heart felt like it wanted to burst out of my chest.
Carlos: so rebel how do I look?
Carlos said snapping me out of my thoughts. I didn't even realize he was sitting next to me rubbing small circles on my hand. I felt my palms getting sweaty, I also felt light headed.
Mal: uhh- (gulps) Y-you L-look great (she stuttered)
Jay: come on man you gotta go
Carlos: ok (kisses mal's cheek softly letting it linger for a minute then he let go) bye rebel
And Carlos and jay left the room.
Evie: you ok?
Mal: shakes her head no) evie I have to tell you something
Evie: what is it?
Mal: (takes a deep breath) remember how you asked who was the guy I liked.
Evie: (Nods)
Mal: well the guy is, Carlos.
Evie: (gasps in shock)
