Damn cats

"Wait.... So you get attacked by cats because you send off some sort bird signal and cats just hate you???" Troy said choking on his Starbucks drink as he examined my freshly made cat scratch. "Ya that's about right" I said putting my hand against the scar on my cheek. I got up from my seat and threw out my drink as troy followed me closely behind. "One sec" troy stopped and turned around to the bench we were just at and picked up the small creature that was laying comfortably under the bench.

"Didn't we just go over that cats hate me???" I asked

"Well I'm gonna keep him at my house." He laughed.

"How to you know its a boy?" I asked as we got in his car.

He lifted the cat up, "well... Her." He said setting the cat in the back seat of his car. "So what are you gonna name her?" I asked running my hand through my hair. "I don't know first I need to see if my mom will let me keep her." He said pull in up to his house. "Aren't you eighteen? Yoiu can just move out" I laughed getting out of the car. "Ya I know but I'm still looking for a room mate." He picked up the cat and she hissed at me when I walked towards him.

We walked inside and he set the cat down on the coffee table. "Hi brooklyn" I said picking up his little sister. "Hey saydi." I said to troys mom as she came down stairs. "Hey Kaly! How are you?" She asked. "Oh the usual, fine I guess"

I ended up grabbing a pair of clothes from my house and spending the night with troy. "Heyyy you wanna..... Watch a scary movie.??" He asked. "Noooooooooo!" I dragged out. I hoped on his bed as he ended up putting in nemo. He sat next to me and grabbed the popcorn.

After the movie ended troy had his head in my lap, I moved his head and got up. I fell asleep on the couch in his room.

Troy's POV

I woke up and saw kaly sleeping on the couch, I looked at the clock and it was two in the morning. I grabbed a blanket and put it over kaly, "oh god she looks so beautiful" I whispered as I walked back to my bed.
