Dear [Name Wiped]
How's it going over there,I've been deployed to the very border and on the main fire line. I don't want you and 'Ma to get too happy about it being Week 6. This is the week we are ramping it up. I may not come home. More and more of us are dieing,Usually Short-Timers (Guys with only like 2 weeks left.) If some how I survive I won't be the same. I've seen some really messed up stuff,Boys younger than Juinor getting shot...by us. When I took the Job right before Nam broke out I figured I'd come home in one piece but my mind has changed. The bullets and smoke tend to do that to us. Anyway,They're sending out a party at 0900 and I signed the sheet,More kills for me.
Love your kid Brother,Jakob
