Chapter 4

6 weeks later.........
So 3 weeks ago I was released from the hospital and Jordan and I are doing great. He's helped me get better and not depressed. Chresanto has been a very good friend too, he really helped me as well. No not like that, but he insists on doing more work than I do which is caring of him.

Jordan is at the gym and Chres and I are working on a project at my house because it's due tomorrow. Yeah our boss gave us a project today that's due tomorrow.

Chres- So I was thinking if we explain to them the finances first then show what the house has to offer it will make us sound more trustworthy and we won't waste their time.

YN- We can however we would have to explain how they are able to afford it if they can't.

Chres- Perfect!

We work pretty well as a team. I'm kind of happy he's my partner.

YN- Great! You want anything to drink?

Chres- Uhh water please.

I went to go get the water. I couldn't help but feel Chres's eyes on me. It was making me so uncomfortable.

Chres- So YN how are you and Jordan?

YN-(handing him the water bottle) We're good so far.

Chres- That's cool.

YN- Yeah.

This is so awkward.

Chres- When did you guys meet?

YN- In college, I was his cheerleader and he was my book worm.

Chres-(mumbling) Probably a small book worm.

YN- What'd you say?

Chres- I said he was probably a smart book worm.

YN- Yeah he's the best.

Chres- Cool.

YN- Yeah...how's finding a girlfriend.

He chuckled when I asked the question.

Chres- It's ok I mean every girl I talk to try's to sleep with me and I'm not with that.

YN- Oh really?

Chres- Yeah see I just want to get to know you, take you on a couple of dates and see how that works.

YN- Oh ok at least you're thinking with your mind.

Chres- What's that supposed to mean?

YN- Meaning you have common sense meaning you don't use people or things like that.

Chres- Oh.

An awkward silence grew over us again. This is getting on my nerves.

Chres- YN can I ask you something?

YN- You just did.

Chres- No lol like something else.

YN- Yeah what is it?

Chres- I(gco)

Jordan- Babe I'm home!

Jordan came barging in the house with his gym gear on.

I got up from the couch and jumped on top of him.

YN- Hey baby how was the gym?

Jordan- Oh it was good. Uhh what's going on here?

YN- We're working on a project and it's due tomorrow but thank god it's done!

Jordan- Good well I'm gonna go hop in the shower.
