Chapter 7

The world feels like it's against me, well it's truly not. I feel like my dream just started case Laura is still being her devil self.

"Hey Nobody, be a dear and do my homework in math" she hands me her math notebook

"You do know that I'm not smart in math" I cocked her an eyebrow and scrolled through her notebook

What??! What is this? I don't know a thing about this lesson, what do I do I'm going to be in trouble.

"Hurry up!" She smacks the notebook in my chest, she walks off wagging her little tail

I stick my tongue out and looked down for a second, why is my life like this?

"Hey" Luke trails off from behind me..."how's your sleep?" He smiled brightly at me

" how'd you know where I am if you'd only been here for 4 days

"I just track that strawberry sent of yours" he winks at me

"H-hey!" I smack him across the arm and blushed slightly, I never felt this way before.

No wait. It's not right, he doesn't deserve a girl like me, he's just making me happy that's all...what am I thinking.

Every time he comes close to me my heart pounds, is this a definition of Love? No it isn't, just the heart pounding? Doesn't make any sense at all.

"Ms. Vallyea" A teacher said brightly from behind me "may I talk with you?" She asks politely

I nodded in reply and followed her to her room "what is it that you wanted me to talk about?" I asked politely in return

"About the upcoming Christmas Party next week" she waits a few seconds and fixes her glasses

"You're in charge of decorating the room" she stands up fixing her table

I was left there string on the chair thinking, who would possibly apply me in such a waste if time?

Guess it's too late for that, only 5 days till the Christmas party, alone...alone I guess.

I sighed frustratingly "well, I gotta get started" I ran through the quiet hallways

Cause everyone's having they're class and I'm excused cause I need to plan the party.

What do I think looks great? I suddenly image a party and me and Luke are dancing right in the center of the room.

I shook my head "No" I smacked my head, everyone has to have the best party of the year.

"Thinking too hard will cause your brain to loose memory" Shane said walking towards me

"No.." I said again and focused on the center of the court room, hmm....I got it!

There will be activities like, find a partner with a blind fold, when I say stop whoever they're holding will be they're partner. Although what about the ones who hasn't?

Guess it's a fail "you do know you can put up a dance party and in the end everyone will be exchanging they're gifts to someone special to them" he grins

"Is this a plan to win Brianna?" I questioned with a husky voice "do it cause you said you'll help me"

"Of course, I don't have any other ideas" so I went on with it and started to plan out where the tables and chairs and you know will go

The tables and chairs could be in the right side and left side and in the center will be a disco ball.

"Alright!" I said feeling like it'll work but I'm sure I will, "it won't not unless you have us"

Luke and Brianna showed up in the court door, I sighed in relief "thanks so much" I said and smiled sweetly

"We'll then let's get started!" Shane shouts and rushed off to get the ladders and decorations

Few hours Later...

A little bit if red ribbon here and a snowflake and done! This room looks great, still need the disco ball.

I climbed up the ladder and fixed the disco ball right up and making sure it'll work. Suddenly I lost my balance and fell out of the ladder.

Closing my red and waiting for the ground to his below me but it didn't, what happened? I flew my eyes open and found Luke role my fall.

"Thank goodness" he says relived and sets me on the floor slowly

"Take a break and we'll finish it off" He grabs a seat an hands it to me, I nod in agreement

I sat down reading my Science book, we have an exam tomorrow I don't want to get a perfect circle on the exam.

I didn't realize that I fell asleep, Brianna wakes me up with her big smile "wake up" she whispers

I look around my surroundings and found everyone asleep, it's night "I need to go!" I grabbed my bag

But Brianna stops me "the principal already asked our parents to stay over night here to finish the decorations and the principal says we can take the day off tomorrow"

"Really? But how about my exam?" I questioned in curiosity "you can take it on Wednesday"

I was relieved, I settle down and chuckled to see the two naughty boys asleep in the school court ground.

I lay on my back and closed my eyes slowly....RING! I opened my eyes and there my phone buzzed

"It's 2 AM" oh right I set the alarm so we could finish the decorations

I woke everyone slowly and they all seemed sleepy "come on the more we do this the faster we finish" I said happily

Few Hours...

It's been 3 and a half hours and we have the tables and hairs and other wall decorations finished, we just have to plan the foods.

I yawned and sat down on the floor as Luke mirrors me "tired?" He questioned in front of me

"He'll yeah I am" I stretched my arms out and took another glance at the court room....prefect.
