Jessie's POV

"Tit...tit.." The alarm went off and woke me up. I turned it off and tried to find my glasses. Damn, I can barely see anything without my glasses, just a single meter. When I finally found them, I putted them on my nose. I walked to the bathroom to clean myself. Out of the showerhead poured some hot steaming water which made me purr like a cat. There was nothing better than relaxing under the shower. As much as I wanted to stay under the steaming water, I had to prepare some breakfast for Janey and me, so I stepped out, brushed my teeth, washed my face and put on some clothes. I decided to wear a white shirt and a brown, baggy sweater. I then put on my dark blue jeans and took a look at myself in the mirror. A sigh came out of my mouth when I saw how girly I am. My hair is a little long and my small slender frame made me look like a girl, sometimes I even get mistaken to be a girl. My sister would tease me endlessly when she saw me like this.

I left my room and knocked on Janey's door to wake her up. "Janey, wake up or you will be late for work."

"Five more minutes," she yelled with a sleepy voice. I came downstairs and made my way into the kitchen to make some waffles. As I expected, my sister stomped into the kitchen when she smelled the waffles. She didn't mind to change her clothes. She just wore a bra and shorts.

"Hey, at least change your clothes," I pointed at her.

"Hell no, these baby waffle needs me, clothes can wait," she said, then she digged into the waffle I had made for her. I giggled and shook my head, then I continued to make some for me.

"Uhmm, yummy, you have talent in cooking, Jessie. Ever thought of attending the MasterChef, huh?" Janey said while she chewed on a piece of waffle.

"Nah, I just know a little about cooking," I replied.

"Said by someone who nailed the Beef Wellington of Gordon Ramsay," she glared at me. Fine, I admitted that I know how to cook but that is because I'm unemployed, I started to learn it.

"Damn, I better get ready. Get your stuff, we'll leave in ten minutes," she glanced at her watch, stuffed the last piece of waffle in her mouth and ran upstairs to change her clothes. I cleaned the table and went upstairs to grab my stuff.

"Quickly, my dear princess," she shouted from downstairs. I quickly ran downstairs and to the door where she was leaning against it. I checked if I had my phone, wallet and house key with me.

"You got your medicine?" I nodded. My medicine is the one thing I never dare to forget again. It happened once and I had to stay in the hospital for a week. God, how I hate that place. My childhood had been filled with hospitals since my immune system is weaker than normal people and it makes me so damn weak, I can't even run a mile.

"Get in the car, princess," Janey brought me back to Earth and slapped my ass. I let out a squeak and she just laughed at it.

"Princess, you do know that you have a big ass, right?" Janey hopped in the car and started the engine but she still looked at me, waiting for my answer.

"Stop looking at me," I replied in annoyance.

"I won't until you answer me," she winked at me.

I sighed in defeat. "Fine... I know I have a big ass. There, happy?" Ugh, I don't like a big ass on my body, it always makes me uncomfortable when I wear skinny jeans. She chuckled and threw her fist in the air in victory. I just rolled my eyes at her childish behavior.

After a couple of minutes she dropped me off at my psychiatrist, Dr. Stein. I climbed out of the car.

"Pick me up at MacLaren coffee at 3:30pm, okay?" I said. Janey nodded and when I was about to walk away, she said; "You look like a pretty girl today, Jessie," then drove away. I rolled my eyes, I had thought that maybe she had forgotten to tease me about my appearance, but she still remembered it.
