The seventeen years old Shannon waited in the room. She was wondering what took him so long. Meanwhile, she looked around her. The blue walls, the modern art, the grey closet, the wooden table with the mirror. A good looking guy like him can make his homework with his appearance in front of him, but then again, Shannon wondered if he ever did his homework. She walked to the table and looked at the open books. A messy handwriting on some parts of it, a notebook next to it, closed. Shannon opened the notebook and looked at all the different tries. Mathematics.
"Yeah, I don't want to get to nowhere in my life." Shannon jumped and looked at him. His blonde hair messy, his jeans low, she saw his green huge boxers. Shannon felt her cheeks blush.
"That's nice. How's your grades?" She asked.
"I'm good. But, people always guess the worst about me. After what happened with... you know." He placed a plate on the table.
"Yum?" Shannon asked.
"Eat." He made a little pressure on her shoulders and made her sit down.
She played a little with the pasta, then took a small meat ball with the fork and ate it. She placed the fork on the plate and stood up, walking to the bed.
"Babe?" He asked and moved a little his blonde hair. It was so light it almost looked white when the sun touched it, his blue eyes was sparkling with the light of the day and a little glimpse of wonder passed them.
"I just thought how nice it was today, at the hallway." She said.
She was walking at the hallway after another day eating lunch she brought from home with Clyde at their secret hide spot, she was still hungry and she thought about going back there the next big break they'll have to eat the fruits she had in her bag.
She was spotting Bianca's evil smile and knew something bad will happen soon. And so it did. Bianca looked at Ryan with pitiful eyes that said help me like she just spotted a monster that was about to rip her head off.
Shannon wished she could rip that bitch head off and throw it to the other side of the room.
"Excuse me, scarface you're scaring the passengers of this hallway, the normal once." Ryan said and his blue eyes looked so evil. Just like Bianca's.
"Yeah, take the monsters back to hell."
Shannon felt like she was about to burst, she couldn't take it anymore.
"The only one going to hell is you, slut." Shannon said. She wasn't sure if she said it to Bianca, Ryan, or both.
"Watch out little girl," Bianca said to her and got closer to her. "I might add to that brutal birth mark on your face and if you ever thought to have a surgery to take off that scar, when I'm done you'll have nothing to do with your already ugly face." People around whistled, some smirked, Ryan just seemed pleased with his girlfriend. "Besides, we all know that as soon as someone will agree to have sex with you, you'll jump on the offer, so who's the slut?" But like Shannon knew Bianca she wasn't letting her go easily, soon she felt the hand hitting her face, a loud sound and the pain that came after a strong slap.
"I'm sorry, I know that slap must've hurt." Ryan said and hugged her.
"It was fine. Unlike the knife in my back that hurt." She said and started crying.
He kissed the trails of tears and moved slowly to her lips. They met each with a strong brust of passion, their tounges melting together, their bodies holding into each other.
He pulled off his shirt then took off her dress and Shannon let herself get lost in his arms.
After the deed was done she looked at him and saw his small smile. He stared at her.
"I hate it when you do it. Stop."
"I can't. You're beautiful." He said.
"I'm not a slut." Shannon said after a moment of quite. "I slept only with you, never with Clyde."
"You think I don't know that? Shannon she just scares of you, she knows you're beautiful so she attacks."
"Yeah right."
Ryan was keeping his mouth shut and then inhaled deep.
"I broke up with her today."
Shannon grabbed the blanket and sat down on the bed, surprised.
"What?!" She asked, shocked.
"I don't love her, I can't keep the play anymore, I can't. I told her I don't love her."
"And why you did that?" Shannon was scared to put her hopes high but she couldn't stop herself.
"Because I love someone else that I hurt too much and I'm sick of hurting her that much."
"You love someone else?"
Ryan smirked. "Yes."
"Can I ask who it is?"
"You can try."
"Who it is?"
Suddenly Ryan's look seemed so loving and gentle all she wanted to do was hold him tight and never let go of him. "I'm looking at her."
"Oh just say it!" She hit his arms.
He laughed a little and smiled. "I love you. I might not stop the harassment at school, I might not be the boyfriend you want me to be but I love you. You're so beautiful. Out and in, and I love that about you. And you're so kind to me even with all the shit I'm doing and making you go throw. I love you."
Shannon only thought about one specific part she heard.
"You could be the boyfriend I want." She whispered, her voice breaking from pain.
"You know I can't. I can't date you publicly but I can not date any other girl. You're the only one for me, and I think you know it. I can't put myself at risk."
"Why not?" She asked and noticed her voice becoming hysterical.
"You know why. But remember, I love you."
