Rin x Haruka Oneshots (REVAMPED!)

Mackerel

Rin was beginning to think that Haru loved mackerel more than he loved his own boyfriend.

Rin was spending the night at Haru's place. Something that started happening quite often now that the two were dating.  As usual Haru was preparing a mackerel dish for dinner. 

Again. 

Rin just watched Haru from the living room in annoyance. He just couldn't stop thinking about it.

 'Am I seriously jealous of mackerel!? A fish!?' 

Rin's jealous thoughts get interrupted when Haru sets down a steaming plate of grilled mackerel and rice in front of him before sitting down and beginning to eat his food after saying a small prayer. 

"Hey... Haru," Rin starts as he looked away from his fish obsessed boyfriend. Haru looks in Rin's direction,  letting him know he was listening and has his attention. 

"Do you..." Rin couldn't believe he has to even have this conversation in the first place. 

"Do you... love mackerel more than you love me?" 

Haru stopped for a second and thought about his answer. Honestly he didn't have one. He didn't want to say yes, he knew Rin would get angry or upset and probably start crying. 

Rin sat impatiently across from Haru, his eyebrow twitched with his growing irritation. '

Why is it taking him so long to answer?!' 

Haru decided  it'd be better to just ignore Rin's question and he continued eating his food. Surely Rin was joking, it is possible for Haru to have more than one favorite after all. Rin could guess that, right?

"Haru??" 

Haru looked up at Rin annoyed. I guess it does matter to Rin. Of course it does. 

"Rin, why does it matter?" with that he continued eating his beloved mackerel, ignoring Rin's jabbing stares. 

"Forget it-- I'm done with this." 

Rin got up from the table grabbed his bag and headed for the front door. 

"Rin?.....Rin!" 

Rin turned around and looked at Haru eyes filled with tears daring to fall. Before Haru could say anything else, Rin was already out the door. 

Haru sighed and picked up both the plates and wrapped them up for later and he slipped his shoes on and went out the door to look for Rin. 

'Annoying' was the only word going through Haru's mind.

Heeyyy!!! :P Long time no see!! Almost five years later and I'm just updating this. Omg I started these when I was 14 and now I'm 23 almost 24 re-reading these and holy fuck they need some work lol. 

Not sure how many of these I'll be going through and updating but for now this one is done! To anyone that still uses wattpad uhhh... your welcome ig idk.. HAPPY NEW YEARR!!!
