Camila Wants a Puppy

"Guys can we ple-"

"No!" Normani and Ally said together, rejecting Camila's plee.

"Dawg we can't lug a dog around." Dinah said as they walked passed the pet store.

"But it's an adoption day and they need a family!" Camila whined as she refused to move from her spot on the sidewalk.

"Karla Camila Cabello, we are not getting a dog today. We are never home and the poor thing would die of loneliness." Ally said stopping to look at the young teenager.

"But Ally you let Normani get a fish!! And we could bring it with us when we aren't home!!" Camila argued on.

"Like I said before Pero, we can't lug a dog around with us 24/7. It wouldn't work with all the interviews we do!" Dinah spoke eyeing a nearby boutique.

"Dinah is right, Mila. We can't take a dog into interviews or the studio, it wouldn't be professional." Normani said eyeing the same boutique.

"Lauren..."

"Oh no! Camz please don't bring me into this, you know I'd be the one to cave." Lauren spoke cutting Camila off.

"But Lauren! It'd be so cute having a family dog! We could train it to do all kinds of tricks and it could cuddle with us on the couch." Camila whined to her girlfriend as the other 3 girls shot Lauren a look. Camila then threaded her arms around Lauren's waist and snuggled her head into her neck.

"Please, LoLo Bear...for me." Camila whispered into Lauren's neck causing the older brunette's heart to melt. She looked over to the other girls with a pleading look as they shook their heads "no."

"Don't do it Lauren! Be strong Pero!" Dinah shot back towards the girl. Lauren looked on helplessly as she wrapped her arms around Camila's neck.

"Camz..." Lauren whispered as she contemplated her answer. I mean a dog would be a hassle to lug around and it would need ALOT of attention. Also though, it would be nice to have a watch dog when Paparazzi surrounds us, or to just play with when we're bored.

"Ugh! Why does she always do this to me?" Lauren thought as Camila snuggled closer to her.

"I guess we can look-" Lauren cut off by her squealing girlfriend as multiple kisses were being placed upon her cheeks.

"OMG, I love you my LoLo Bear!!!" She exclaimed as she dragged Lauren into the pet store.

They came out of the pet store 30 minutes later with Lauren carrying bags of dog supplies and Camila skipping with their new boxer puppy in tow. Lauren looked up through the bags to see her friends sitting on a nearby bench. Disgust was written across their faces as the couple approached them.

"Lauren Michelle Jauregui, we are not pleased with you." Normani spat out as she glared up at her friend. Lauren smiled sheepishly as she set the bags on the ground.

"Yea Pero! What happened to being strong, dawg?!" Dinah said standing up from the bench.

"You of all people know that I am not strong when it comes to my Camzi." Lauren scoffed as she looked over Camila, who was sitting on the ground playing with the puppy. The others looked down too and their faces softened slightly. It was a cute puppy, they couldn't deny it.

"Oh...what kind of dog is it anyway?" Ally said leaning down to pet it. She was already done when the puppy licked her face.

"It's a boxer!" Camila exclaimed as continued to play with the dog.

"OMG Lauren those dogs get huge!!" Normani spat out as she looked at her friend in dismay.

"Exactly! So when it gets big it can protect us from crazy fans and paparazzi!" Lauren explained as she looked down at Normani. Normani pondered the answer as she looked down at the dog again.

"Whatever Pero, as long as I don't have to clean up after it." Dinah said getting on the ground to join Ally and Camila. The puppy was rolling around on the ground as it playfully went to each of the girls. Then it went over to Normani and started licking her foot.

"Aww!!" The girls chorused at the sight. Normani picked up the dog and looked at it with adoration.

"Ugh! Ok fine I'll admit that you're cute but if any of my heels go missing, you're dead." Normani said looking down at the dog. Everyone giggled as Normani pet the dog.

"What's it's name though?" Normani asked looking at Lauren and Camila. They looked at each other and blushed slightly, small smiles forming at their lips.

"Camren.." They said together as the other girls let out a giggle.
