The day had come, and Harry was wearing his favourite light pink flower crown to mark the occasion. Harry had decided that he was going to tell Louis that he loved him. It would be perfect. Louis would smile and wrap his arms around the boy with flowers in his hair, telling him that he loved him as well. He would call Harry those wonderful nicknames that Harry loved so much such as Princess and flower. Then they would retire to the couch to watch a romantic comedy and kiss lovingly because they both loved other. Harry had it all planned out.

Unfortunately, Louis had a different plan. It was the terminal day which meant that Harry had to be dead by midnight. Well, Louis had decided that killing Harry was seemingly insurmountable and implausible. So in lieu of killing Harry, Louis had implemented a separate plan. It was quite possibly absolutely ludicrous, but it was the best Louis had and desperate times. Twelve hours wasn't nearly enough time to develop a new plan, and that was all he had. A ridiculous plan was bound to be more successful than no plan at all.

"My flower, I didn't realize you were coming today," Louis smiled, taking Harry into his arms.

Louis had actually known that Harry was coming thanks to a bug he had placed in Harry's bag during one visit. Harry had yet to notice. It was incredibly amusing, especially when Louis listened to it. Most of it was Harry singing along with the music on his phone.

"I meant to surprise you, and it worked," Harry giggled, pulling back from the hug and giving Louis a sweet peck on the lips. "You smell like mint."

"Understandable seeing as I just brushed my teeth," Louis responded.

They decided to watch Men In Black because it was coming on the telly anyways, and Harry placed all thoughts of love in the back of his mind to pull out later. At first he planned on telling Louis after the movie but then the sequel came on and Louis got popcorn, so Harry pushed the thoughts to the side once more. They ended up watching all three movies, popping candy and kernels of popcorn into their mouths as they watched. It was nice, but Harry couldn't stop thinking about how he was going to mention it casually.

Casually didn't seem to be the way to go for when it ended, Louis very non-nonchalantly commented, "I need to tell you something."

Harry was ecstatic. He wondered if Louis was going to tell him that he loved Harry as well. It would have saved Harry loads of trouble. After all, it was dark outside and Harry needed to go home. Unless Louis invited him to stay which would work even better. Louis was going to have Harry stay, just not quite in the way Harry expected.

"Christ, this is going to sound crazy. Now look, this news might not be easy to swallow, but I need you to hear me out, alright?"

Well, Harry felt slightly perturbed. It sounded as if Louis was going to break up with him which would be very counterproductive to his plan. He nodded nonetheless, begging with his eyes for Louis to continue but not break up with him.

"I'm a part of the mafia," he blurted out.

Eyes wide, Harry laughed nervously, praying to God that Louis was joking. Harry hadn't even been aware that there was a mafia in England, and he most certainly never thought that he would come into contact with a member of it, forget dating one. Louis had to have been joking. He was always joking. Although, he didn't sound like he was joking. No, Louis was a great actor. He had told Harry that many times.

"I'm a hitman that's been hired to kill you. I don't know how long you've been on the list. Apparently others were asked to take you, but declined."
