(iM NOT SORRY)Song- "Little Game"- Nightcore
______________________I tarted walking towards the alleyway that dipped into the ground, and Jordan looked shaken. It's probably the fact that there is, what the Modesteps claim to be, 'red paint' splattered on the wall. Tony said that a gang that was here was thinking about re-painting the walls until they were caught and tasered by the cops. Either they are good at making up stories or that actually happened, both would happen around the two.
"The paint isn't what you have to be scared of." I joked, trying to freak him out more, and it worked by the look on his face. I smirked. And to think this guy is 19... He finally started to run down the stairs after me when he noticed I wasn't joking about us needing to go down here.
We walked for a while when the yellow spray-painted door came into sight at the end of the abandon train station. (Subway station, train station) It was spray painted yellow for their logo, which is a yellow face with two X's on it. I remember the first time I met the two, Josh was wearing the disturbing mask and saved Alice from cracking her head open on the street. And in return, I saved his brother from being sold as a sex slave. Apparently they pissed off a HUGE gang and they thought Tony was pretty cute so they tried to take him I guess.
It was terrifying, they held a gun to Josh's head as they were trying to pry Tony's clothes off right then and there. All I had to do was throw rocks at some bitches and create a distraction long enough for Josh to grab the gun and Tony. We ran pretty fast, Josh eventually picked Tony up and gave me the gun. Luckily, no one died. The only reason why I helped Josh out though because you could tell he was so.. Desperate to get Tony back. Even though I couldn't see his face, but I could hear it in his voice. I'm glad I did help though.
Jordan kept looking behind him, I guess he didn't trust me. I wouldn't trust someone who is was dragging me into an abandon train station, so I don't blame him. You'd think you stumbled across a 420 blaze it session when you open the Modetseps door until you figure out its a club. They run a club at their base. And on top of that, they have booze(is that how you spell it?), strippers, hookers, karaoke, but no drugs are aloud. Tony and Josh have fairly similar stories, but they aren't brothers. Tony's Mum overdosed on painkillers and died, Josh's dad did meth and died while smoking it. Josh didn't have a Mum, he had to burry her when he was 9. Tony's dad walked out on him and his mum after him being charged with 5 counts of violence. Josh's dad had prostitutes going in and out of his house, so it's obvious why they were taken away from their families and thrown on the streets due to 'orphanages being too full'. 'Bunch of bullshit is what I call that, truth is that they didn't want to deal with two more people. Josh and Tony found each other somehow, and the rest is history I guess.
"Okay, so, don't say a f*cking word unless you want to get left out here, okay? Once we're through the doors, we are good to go." I said in a hushed tone. They always have the rude people guard the door so they can see how well you react. He nodded, but he was nervous. Again, who wouldn't be? I knocked on the door. A girl with bleach blonde hair and a guy with short dirty blonde hair answered the door.
"Yes?" The girl asked, leaning against the doorframe. "Syndicate, here to see the Modesteps." I answered. That's what everyone called me here. Don't ask why, it's just what Dianite called me when I first met him. They both looked at each other. "Uh.. HEY JOSH!! KNOW ANYONE BY THE NAME SYNDICATE?!" The guy yelled, facing somewhere in the building. If you say you're name is something that is obviously not a real name, they always ask if they haven't heard the name before.
"Okay. You're good to go." He said, moving out of the way. We walked in and there stood Tony and Josh, they stood out. Josh was wearing the usual mask and Tony was wearing his usual white button-up shirt with a black blazer and black skinny jeans. Tony had a huge grin on his face. It's been too long since I've seen them. "Hey Tom! Who's your friend?" Josh asked, and I could hear him smiling. "His name is Jordan. Don't pull anything though, he's still creeped out by the red paint." I replied, a smirk lacing my face. Jordan blushed in embarrassment and gave me a look that said 'why did you have to say that?'.
"Play us like pawns and relentlessly confine, Into living up to gender roles and having absent minds. Don't you think it's funny how they tell us how to live?" The loud music was playing in the background. Sometimes they just play music, and everyone chills and does their own thing. And by the looks of it, that's what they were doing right now. "Don't you think it's funny how we're all delinquent kids? Like, hush now, don't say, don't say"
"Well then, c'mon guys! We gotta show you something Tom. And you can bring your friend with you too, he doesn't look like the type that would be with this crowd." Tony said excitedly. He always could point out who didn't belong, he was one of those people himself. Believe it or not they hate having slutty girls hang out here and be all touchy-feely, but they had to do it for the money. They're supposedly saving up for an actual decent apartment, which is hard to come by. "Hush boy, oh hush boy, don't say a word. Throw on a jersey and no one gets hurt. Hush girl, oh hush girl, just bat your eyes. Play our little game, play our little game"

We were ushered to a room that was behind and under the stage. At first I thought we were being taken to a room where they stashed drugs and was going to say they allow drugs now, but that thought quickly dissolved from my mind when they opened the wooden door. It was probably one of the nicest rooms here. The walls were made of wood, and it wasn't rotted or tainted wood either. The furniture all had soft, bright red cushions on everything. It has a bright red sofa, two bright red chairs, and bright red stools against the wall. There was a fridge and stove on the left wall, and the right wall had a T.V hooked into the wall. The carpet was snowy white, and it looked soft.
"This is better than my apartment.."
