A/N- hey guys here's an update. I just wanted to say.. thank you SO much for the 1300 reads I have so far on this story. I know its not that great for the amount of time this story has been up, but to me it is pretty good since its the most ive ever had. It also makes me happy, because rn in my life that's one thing I have not really been, but when I see my reads and votes go up its the greatest feeling and puts a smile on my face (aside from when I talk to my best guy friend,hes got that affect to.) :) anyways, please keep it up! love you all.

~2 weeks since the girls left~

(Louis' POV)

It has been absolutely crazy in the house since the girls left to visit their mom in the US. We have not cooked a single thing only gone out to eat or ordered in, most days we sat home and watched movies since that's what we always did when they were here unless we at a meeting or interview we had to go to. Niall's going to go crazy here soon if they don't tell us the day they arranged for us to come out their to see them, Harry to. They both miss them as we all do, it's just not the same to any of us, and it was harder to not have gotten to see them off and say goodbye. We tried to get Simon to tell Ashley he needed her back here for something to do with her album, but he wasn't up for ruining her time with her mom and we understood. So we decided we just had to wait. Right now the lads and I are getting ready to go to this fair they have in town just to have something to do, and so we aren't dragging ourselves around like lost puppies like we have been. So far it was just Liam and I that were ready to go, we aren't sure why the other two are taking so long, but it's alright. "Hey Li, have you heard anything from the girls today or has Sophia?" I asked hopeful that he might say yes. "Sophia has been texting with them, that's all I know at this point; I told her to try to get the date when we can go visit them." He replied. Well at least someone's having contact with them right now, soon the other to came down the stairs and we left.

~Alana's POV~

I woke up rolling over on my other side that I hadn't been sleeping on with a hopeful mind that Niall would be there smiling at me with those blue eyes that can make anyones day. Sadly my hopes were shut down when he wasn't there, with that I got out of bed and forced myself to go take a shower to start my day. I Layed out my clothes I was going to wear and went to hop in.

~10 minutes later~

Not much longer later I was out and dressed working on the rest of my appearance for the day, being a friend of One Directions/ dating one of the members you have to look up to standards because you never know what's to come up with or without them around. I did a few light curls in my hair and combed them out a few seconds later so they were more like waves, and then did my make-up. As soon as that was done with I went and seen if Ashley was up, I got to her room and seen that she wasn't in there so I assumed she was downstairs already. Her and mom were sitting on the couch chatting and watching something on the t.v, but greeted me good morning when I walked past them and headed into the kitchen to get me something to eat or coffee at least before joining them in the living room. "So what are you guys going to do today?" mom asked. We just looked over at her and shrugged. "Well why don't you guys go shopping, there's a nice little mall strip not too far from here; they've got nice stuff in a lot of the stores." she said. Ashley and I looked at each other and smiled knowing that we had just decided what we were going to be doing today not knowing that mom had a little surprise up her sleeve coming. While I wait on Ashley to get ready, let me tell you how Ashley, Audrey and I came to live in London from America.

~Flashback to 2 years ago~

"Ashley, you need to leave or your going to be late!" mom yelled up the stairs. Today my little sister was graduating from high school, and she is supposed to be there in fifteen minutes with the ride being twenty minutes unless your speeding. As mom sat there impatiently tapping her foot until Ashley can almost running down the stairs nearly tripping over her gown. I laughed and mom snapped a quick photo of us before she left out the door. I took that opportunity to ask mom what she was getting Ash for a graduation present. "What'd you get Ashley for graduation?" I asked. " Well I got her the one thing shes been asking for since she was fifteen, which is to go to London." she replied. WHAT?! I thought to myself. "Wow she's going to be so excited, I still have to get her something; so I'll meet you at her ceremony we still have a half hour." I told her and with that we left the house to. I got to the shops and went into my favorite place, which was Claire's and looked around. I scanned the purses and little backpacks section, and found a backpack she'd like; and began to look for other stuff to stick in it. Ten minutes later I had the bag full of hair accessories and jewelry, now to head off to the graduation. I got there and took my seat just as they were starting to walk out to their rows of seats, as she was walking to hers I could see that she was happy and proud of what she had accomplished. They took their seats and then it was the superintendent's turn to speak and so on.

As the last person walked on stage to get their diploma, everyone cheered as caps were thrown up in the air when the class was congratulated after the turning of the tassels. Mom and I headed down to go find Ashley as they started heading to the gym to meet their families. Since mom got Ashley's tickets to leave a few hours after her ceremony, mom had her pack up everything she could fit into her luggage cases that she needed without giving a hint away as to why. We stood and waited for Ashley to find us and then walked to mom's car after giving her a hug and snapping some more photos with our phones. "Okay Ashley we need to give you your gifts right now because for one of them there's not much time left." She told her. Ashley just gave us a look and nodded. Mom handed her the envelope containing her flight itinerary and ticket she would need. Ashley carefully opened it up and looked up at us with tears brimming at the corners of her eyes. "Are these real?! Like I'm really going to London?" she asked doubtfully as if she was dreaming. "Yea you're really going, and that's why I had you pack the other day; your flight leaves in an hour so we have to go." mom said so we got in our cars and left Ashley's there until Audrey could come get it after work with me. We got to the airport and waited with Ashley until she had to go through security, I gave her my gift when we got here. We hugged her goodbye and Promised I'd come see her as well as mom making her promise that Ashley would come visit to. Thankfully I still had my best friend to hangout with. A year later after Ashley left, Audrey and I decided that we should move there too and Ashley agreed because she hadn't met many people since moving there.

So that's how we got to London, oh Ashley's ready so guess it's time to go. I shot Audrey a quick text. "Going shopping, of course getting you something! Wish you were going with. See you soon." We grabbed our bags and the keys to my car and headed out after telling mom we were leaving. A little while later we arrived at the shops and began our journey getting a few things for the guys as souvenirs from here that they can take back to London with them and a bunch more for ourselves. We took a little lunch break at McDonalds since there was no Nandos over here before continuing shopping and then heading home dragging in our load of bags.
