Will saw Jane in the hall and started dragging her off the hall to Jake's woodshop class because apparently Will didn't like what happened this morning when they were all sitting outside together.

"You cleaned up your desktop right? You got rid of those files?" Will ask Jake making sure there is no connection to Nina.

"I will...I'm on it" Jake tells Will and Jane.

"This isn't about getting suspended bro, Nina is dead... you wanna wear an orange jumpsuit for the rest of your life, fine but don't take us down with you" Will tells Jake.

"Will, I don't want that, especially for Janie, but both of your fingerprints are on this too" Jake tells them both while smirking while whipping down the machine he was using.

"That's because you blackmailed me," Jane tells Jake getting pissed off at him.

"Just do it" Will tells Jake to which Jake responds back with him nodding yes.

Will then grabs Jane's hand and they walk out of the woodshop class together, "Do you think he's actually going to delete them?" Jane asks getting nervous.

"No...but I got a back up plan" Will tells her with a smirk as they walk off the class.

After Will and Jane picked up Emma for the party and actually got to Brooke's house, it was only one hour in and Jake was doing shots with his basketball friends while Emma, Brooke and Jane were sitting on the couch just talking.

"So Brooke, where's your dad?" Emma asks considering Brooke is throwing a party.

"Quinn has a lady friend in town, I have a party, he gets laid...circle of life"

"Parental sex...TMI" Will tells Brooke with a little smirk while he keeps bouncing his leg up and down.

"Calm down...you're like a purse dog, what is wrong with you?" Brooke asks him but before he can answer Jane adds a comment.

"I think he has fleas," Jane says being sarcastic and laughing at her own comment.

Will gives Jane a look and then responds to Brooke, "Sorry, Coach is riding my ass and were supposed to have a scout from Duke at tomorrow's game..."

"Who will be blown away tomorrow...but tonight relax..." Emma tells her boyfriend as she grabs his hand and makes him move over to the couch.

"Well make me" Will say before then kissing Emma.

"I would say get a room but then again I don't want the clean up" Brooke says with a disgusted face while Jane just laughs at her comment because the alcohol is starting to take effect.

Brooke then spots Audrey Jensen enter through her door and grabs Jane to go with her.

"Hi Audrey, how are you?" Brooke asks her while putting on a fake smile.

"Uh, good thanks, um you know Noah?"

"I have a little place like this in the Hamptons." Noah tells Brooke to which she and Jane both laugh but Brooke's is more of a fake laugh.

"Okay...that's funny, um okay food and drinks are over there and suits in the cabana if you want to swim" Brooke tells the two teens in front of her.
