The next morning.......

Derek's P. O. V.

I woke up before Penelope, i decided to make us breakfast. While making breakfast I was thinking about the he night before. He remembers before he went sleep that Penelope kissed him, but he didn't say anything last night. I decided that later I was going to talk to her about the kiss she give my last night. I just didn't know what to say exactly nor do I want to ruin our friendship.

Penelope P. O. V.

When I woke up Derek wasn't in bed, but I heard him in the the kitchen cooking. So got up to go see him. When I walked in the kitchen he was making us pancakes and bacon. I walked up behind him and gave a hug.

Later on that day.
Derek's P. O. V.
We were cuddling on the couch, I decided to bring the kiss. I said know you kissed me. When I said that she got really tense.

Penelope P. O. V.

The first thought when he said that was "was he awake?" I honestly don't know how to respond, so I just kissed him again.
