I wake up with a massive burn in my jaw. it almost feels numb.

"wow, she can pack a punch." I mumble.

I look at my surroundings cautiously... I'm...I'm in my house. I get up immediately.

"MOM!?" I yell...."DAD!?" no reply.

I go to my door and see a sticky note:

Sorry for punching you to sleep Mel. You shouldn't get me ticked... anyway, you need to stay hidden, I didn't know where else to bring you, sorry. and I promise I didn't do anything to you're parents...I think Jeff was here earlier, so I hope you wake up fast before he comes back. I did my best to dispose of your parent's body's to help you out emotionally. I really am sorry Mel.

-Jane Everlasting

I drop the note with shaking hands.

No.

"MOM!!!" I scream louder," DAD!!!"

"WHERE ARE YOU GUYS!?!" I cry.

"MOM PLEASE! TELL ME THIS IS JUST A GAME!"

"DAAAAD!!!!!" I fall down to the floor. " please" I whisper crying.

"mom," I cry quietly to myself.

"no" I say wiping my nose with my sleeve. I get up, leave my room and run to the kitchen.

I see a note on the counter top,

I thought you might want these

-Jen

Under it, was a ring and a heart necklace. The ring is my mother's wedding ring, just a plain ring, no diamond, except for a beautiful red kind of splattering on it as a pretty effect, and inside the ring says, I will love you, now and forever more...And the necklace she got from her trip to France. She bought it for me, but I was so blinded by anger because she didn't bring me along. Why was I mad at her? She was on a business trip! She isn't supposed to bring anyone, why did I yell at her.

"PLEASE!!" I scream bloodily. Mom and dad, what was the last thing I sad to them? It was before I went to the comic con... But all I said was a sloppy love you out the door.

"AAAAAAAAAH!!!!" I scream at the ceiling," WHY!!!?!?"

I crunch down and bury my face in my hands. I want to hold myMom. I want her to kiss me telling me I'm beautiful. I want dad to get fake mad at me and start a tickle war. I want to wake up on my birthday and smell the cinnamon rolls and my favorite strawberry pancakes they always make.

But more then anything else, I just want my parents.

"hello," says I a voice behind me.
