"Hey, Lon'qu?" Sumia called out to the swordsman, as he was swinging his sword at the practice dummy.

Upon the sight of a female, his cheeks flushed and he immediately turned the other way, putting his back to her, "Urgh..what d-do you want?"

"Chrom said you're supposed to help me out with dinner." she replied easily. "Now come along; those potatoes won't peel themselves."

"Can't. Need to practice. This is the only time the arena is available today."

Sumia upturned her eyebrows and pouted, "But surely you can skip one day of practice to help make a meal for your comrades!"

He looked at her as if she had gone insane, "Skip a practice s-session?! You're mad, woman, now leave me be!" He did a downward slash and sliced the practice mannequin's head right off.

She knew better than to argue with him. Heaving a sigh, she apologized quickly to him then returned back to the kitchen. She removed her armor, then tied an apron over her purple dress, finishing off by tying her pale brown hair into a loose bun.

"Well," she mused, after washing her hands. "I guess I'll be doing this all by myself."

She cracked her fingers then got to work.

Meanwhile, Henry had just finished dissecting his Risen arm using Falchion, and decided to hurry away before Chrom found out. As he was walking by the kitchen, his eyes caught sight of a certain brunette. He peeked through the door then stepped inside.

"Heyo, Sumia!" he greeted cheerfully. "Whatcha up to?"

She looked at him with disappointed eyes, "Well, you see, Lon'qu was supposed to do cooking duty with me but he bailed, and now I have to do this all by myself."

Henry frowned slightly, "Huh. Well, that isn't nice of him." He then lit up, "Hey! Do you want me to kill him for you?"

Her eyes widened, "Oh, no, no, no! Please don't! Why would you even consider doing that?!"

"I dunno. He's making you do so much work. He surely has to pay for that..and besides, killing is fun! Just imagine..watching him suffer with pain..blood trickling down..the sound of his bones snapping..ahhhh.." The snow haired Dark Mage dreamily sighed.

Sumia studied him with worried eyes, then looked away, eventually giving a small smile, "Hehe, you never seem to change, do you, Henry?"

"Hey! I was being serious!" he whined, then had a sudden interest in the object clasped in her hands, "Ooh! What's that?"

"It's a peeler. I'm peeling potatoes at the moment for stew."

"Wooow...look how fast your hands move!" he exclaimed in awe. "And look how cleanly the potatoes are being stripped of their skin! Wicked!"

Sumia giggled, since he was like a child in a toy store. She continued to peel the potatoes, silently praying to Naga that she wouldn't cut herself or mess up and make an entire fool of herself in front of Henry.

"Hey," he spoke after a while. "do you think this potato peeler could peel human skin just as efficient?!"

Sumia dropped the potato in her hand and examined the possibly lethal weapon in her hand closely, "I..actually do not know.."

"Mind if I inspect it?"

"With all due respect, I don't exactly trust you with this.."

"Aw, really? Why not?" he pouted.

Before Sumia could respond, Frederick came into the kitchen, "Ah, Sumia? Prince Chrom wishes to speak with you."
