In Camp Half-Blood, it was a tradition to give back to the brave heroes that died during the Titan-War. Every year, Camp Half-Blood has a religious ceremony and everyone can feel all their spirits around. All the new demi-gods carried that tradition and it became a Camp Half-Blood THING.
