Jason and Piper never got jealous of Percy and Annabeth's relationship because their story was as amazing. Jason was always jealous but Piper told him otherwise. Think about it, falling in love with a person that doesn't know you and making it work. Jason stopped thinking that way when he proposed to Piper and appreciated everything that comes to him.
