Her heart skips a beat when she hears that.
"I love you too."
She begins to blush. She tries to cover it, but he had already noticed. He pulls her hand away from her face and leans in for a kiss. She tilts her head and their lips touch. It was like fireworks were going off in the sky. They pulled away and her face was redder than a tomato. He caresses her cheek and says "I will forever and always love you Amanda."
She continues to smile, but suddenly she begins to return back to reality. She remembers their circumstances and begins frown.
" I will always love you too, but Jay... what are we gonna do? Are we just gonna pretend that everything is fine? I want to be with you!"
"Amanda... We may not be able to be together, but that doesn't mean we won't be able to be together later on. For now we'll just have to be friends."
She stays quite for a moment then says "Okay."
