chapter 1

the sun shone down on Casper High and Dash was cramming another studant into his locker. 

"let him go Dash" Danny said making his way through the group of people who had gathered to watch "you've had your fun" Dash closed the locker and stood in front of it with crossed arms,

"what are you going to do about it fen-TARD?" Danny lunged for the locker but Dash was too quick and pined Danny to the locker by his shoulders.

"let him go!" A loud voice said from behind the much bigger crowd. Dash turned his head but kept danny were he was.

"whoes gonna make me?" the crowd parted and there stood a brown eyed girl, not much smaller then Dash. she had long, lightish brown hair that matched her eyes that casscaded down her back slightly.

"i will" she said struting forward, her hair flowing behind her. she stood a few inches away from Dash "now," she said smiling "let him go" Dash scoffed

"yeah right" the girls smile fell to form daggers. Dash laughed again then turned his attention back to Danny who had been squriming to escape. Dash raised his right hand and threw it towards Danny's face but before it could do any damage the girl had grabbed it and twisted it behind his back, causing me to let go of Danny and wince in pain. Once Danny was out of his grib she let go, linked her arm with Danny's and they began to walk away. "Hey!" Dash called after them "what's your name?" The girl turned

"Fancess, Carrie Francess, and dont forget it"

"i swear she could have broken his arm!" Danny exclaimed once he finished telling Sam and Tucker the whole Dash incerdent. They were in the Nasty Burger just hanging out like always.

"Slight overexageration" Carrie smiled squeezing Danny's hand. Her and Danny had been Dating for a while know and their relationship got stronger since she told him about her ghost powers.

"that sounds amazing" Sam smiled "to bad we missed it"

"yeah, i would loved to have seen Dash's face to being beaten by a girl!" Tucker laughed highfiving Carrie across the table.

"it was hilarious!" Carrie laughed brushing her hair out of her face.

"well, we better go" Danny said standing up with Carrie at his side,

"yep, see you guys tomorrow at school" Sam smiled as they walked away from her and Tucker. Danny and Carrie were next door neighbers and their perants were good friends, so they spent alot of time togther. they were about 3 quaters of the way home when,

"hold on, my shoelace is undone" Danny let go of Carrie's hand, bent down and began to tie is shoelace. Carrie sighed 

"come on slowpoke" she smiled tapping her foot. Suddenly and hand grabbed Carrie from behind covering her mouth and pulling her down. 

"ok done-" Danny looked up and around but Carrie was no where to be seen "Carrie!" he yelled running towards his and her's house.
