✖ eight months later ✖
It has been eights months since I walked out on Ashton, well more precisely he walked out on my I just did the walking part.
After I had given him the ultimatum he didn't say anything which left me no choice to walk out and leave.
He has been back in the states for around five months now and not once has he tried to contact me - or I tried him.
But I felt it was his need if he ever wanted to talk to contact me - not the other way around.
Today was the day of Holland and Colton's wedding and to say it as perfect was an understatement, and it hadn't even started yet.
We were in Hollands hotel room as she had chosen me to be one of the bridesmaids which I was so surprised with since we hadn't met to long ago.
"So how do you feel?" I ask Holland as she sits in front of her dresser as she finishes preparing her hair.
"Nervous" she says with a laugh as she sits their and looks at herself in the mirror.
The wedding was starting in an hour and I could tell that Holland was nervous as anything as her leg was bouncing up and down uncontrollably.
"Well you look beautiful" I say taking a seat next to her as I try to help her nerves calm down.
"Thank you" she says giving me a smile "you know you don't have to fake a smile when your around me"
"What do you mean?" I question furrowing my eyebrows.
"Ashton has broke your heart twice, I know you loved him so you don't need to lie around me" she says giving me a small smile.
"Today's your day, I don't want to take any of that away" I say as I get up and finish doing Hollands hair at the back where she couldn't get it.
"Well luckily for you we still have twenty minutes until the car comes, so spare all your deepest and darkest thoughts" she says looking at me through the mirror as I concentrated on her hair.
For some reason Holland had given me the privilege to do her hair saying hairdressers where way to expensive these days when all they usually do is get your hair wrong.
How I was any better, I have no idea, I didn't want to stuff her hair up on one of the most important days of her life, not even a single strand can be out of place.
"You know what I hate the most" I say giving in not being able to express my feelings.
I haven't had anyone to really talk to about Ashton leaving because all my now closest friends were still in the Victoria secret house and Holland was very busy preparing her wedding so this was really the first time I was boring someone with all my drama.
"What?" She questions as she hands me a clip that I slowly slide perfectly in place holding her hair up.
"That even though it's been eight months if he showed up I would still take him back" I say sighing.
Even though I know I was the one that walked out on Ashton, I gave him a choice that I realise now wasn't needed.
I still love him, their was no doubting that, if it went both ways I have no idea but every morning I woke up just hoping that he might appear - anywhere.
