Once we arrive we all hop out of the car and run up to my uncle's cottage. He stopped coming here last year cause it was to much trouble for him. The grass is up to our knees but we don't care I grab the key out of my bag and open the door we all follow each other in. We all see a shabby old home. We don't care about the quality of the home. We run inside and start singing...
" We are all on spring break!!!! " over and over again.
We run upstairs to the huge rooms (one for each of us) dump our bags on the floor and change into our swimming suits, I grab my sunglasses and my IPhone and head to the lake. To meet up with everyone. Syd and Chess are laying on pool chairs getting tan while Savannah's sitting on the dock with her legs in the water. I go to join her. She says something under her breath gets up and starts to walk away. She calls me to come join her, she was headed to the chairs. I get up to join her, I lie on the chair and fall asleep. I wake up and check my phone 8:30. I look around and see no one. All there is is the sunset. I grab all my stuff and get up to go inside. Once I get inside I hear a familer voice, it's one of the characters from " Strangers in the Dark " Syd's favorite scary movie. I walk to the living room I see Syd half asleep on the couch and I ask her where everyone is. She mumbles they all went to bed. I tell her goodnight and go straight upstairs. I put on my pajamas and plop down on the bed sideways. I fall asleep right away without being in the covers and with my phone still in my hand.
