Faerite charged towards the man and brought him through a portal. She was travelling at almost the speed of sound. They went through a tunnel of rainbows before smashing into an albino tiger. It yelped as it plunged into the darkness. They were at the two hundredth floor.

"What the fuck?!" The man shouted as he tried to free himself by flailing around. Faerite stepped back.

"You are trapped. You will never kidnap anyone ever again."

"Who the hell are you?!" The man shouted at Faerite as his hands burst into flames, just like Emilia. He threw a pair of fireballs at her, but she placed an invisible barrier and the fireballs smashed against the barrier, but it didn't break.

"Wha-"

Faerite stomped on the ground and a metal spike went through his butt up to his head.

"You ain't gonna kill me," The man said. It was surprising that he could even talk with a spike up his throat.

"Funny. Try me."

He broke the metal spike and his body healed a moment later. His hands burned with white flames and he sent his right fist at her, but the barrier blocked it and broke his fist.

"Ow! Ow!" He shouted as he moved back.

"Good luck killing me, Gary,"

"How do you know my name?"

"I am kind of omniscient. Oh, and I'll be trapping more of you here. So watch out, Gary."

"WHAT?! YOU WATCH OUT, YOU BITCH!"

Gary copied Conor's dark tendrils and tried to drill past the barrier, but it was too strong for Gary to penetrate through.

"And by the way, speaking of trapping, you're here until you die."

Gary just stood there, breathing with anger and frustration.

The truth was, Faerite couldn't do anything to change anyone's mind. But she could help those in need by simply making a clone of herself, tell her how time spheres came about and commanded her to continuously make balls of light. She didn't know what would happen, but it was worth experimenting. She also tried other things, like travelling almost at the speed of sound and making that invisible barrier. For now, no known elements could penetrate it.

She had also proved to herself that she could leave the tower. She also admitted that she couldn't do godlike things, like living forever or a million years. She couldn't be invincible. There would be a protector in the world that could be better than her, but for now, she wasn't worried. The previous Stabiliser was right about one thing. Not all powers can be used. But she guessed that she was the first Stabiliser to actually leave the tower. And now, since she was almost omniscient, she could hear cries of starving children across the world and people who lost to cancer and other diseases and also corruption within governments. She planned to help people in need, whether other Stabilisers would agree or disagree, she didn't care. She had the power to help, and she would use it.

After Gary gave up on destroying the barrier, which was quite fast, definitely past two attempts, he sat on the floor.

"What are you gonna do to me?"

"I'm not gonna do anything. I'll just let you rot, or let you learn what you did was wrong. Either way."

With that, Faerite opened a different portal behind her and she walked backwards. She fell downwards and landed on a rather large pink cushion. The first floor was filled with ornaments and other furniture that she spawned.

The wall was a notepad that stretched throughout it and it was filled with names of protectors who murdered innocent lives or did wrong. A time police, since the Department of Time was destroyed.

She didn't know why, but something was stopping her from seeing Joy. Maybe it was because a tiny secret of the origin of the time sphere would leak because of her. She could always make an invisible camera to follow Joy wherever she went. She didn't care if anyone called her a stalker. She was almost omniscient, but she couldn't read minds. For now, she hoped that Gary would learn his lesson.

"Alright," Faerite said to herself. "Let's see.."

She went to the notepad and crossed out Gary, one of thousands of names of the protectors. Her first prisoner. She did follow one rule when she captured criminals. She was to release them if they genuinely regret their actions and they did not do it again. She would let them loose, but she would keep a closer eye on them than most people.

"Oh, yeah. One more thing to do."

Joy reached her home hours later. She was walking so slowly because she was tired.

"Oh, damn," she said as she let herself fall to the single bed that was suddenly so comfortable to her. Then she heard a footstep from her own kitchen. She frowned and got up after a few moments of trying not to be lazy. She walked over to the kitchen and saw no one, though she did expect someone. She was turning back to bed when there was another footstep behind her. She turned around and walked further into the kitchen.

"Hey, who's there?" Joy said. She shrugged and turned around again. Then she saw a note on a white refrigerator. She stepped closer and there was a message written on it.

'Hey, it's Faerite. I just wanted to let you know that I can't be with you anymore. I can't explain it to you because it's a very big secret. But know that I will be watching over you, as with Derek, Emilia, Cert, Conor, Ermine and everyone else in the world. And thank you for being in my life for the five years. You have been a good friend to me and I thank you, again, for it. I truly miss you. This is me saying goodbye.'

There was a drawing of a girl with short hair in the corner of the note, waving goodbye.
