I ran out the front door and I saw my baby girl passed out on the stairs. I ran over to her. She had a bag filled with white stuff in her hand. I took it and shoved it in my pocket. I picked her up and I called 911. Our friends ran outside. Nalia passed out in Tony's arm with fright. Eventually she woke up. The ambulance arrived 5 minutes later. I got in the back of the ambulance as they put her on a gurney. Our friends got in their own cars and followed us. Nalia texted me and said that she called Jessie's parents. The ambulance people put Jessie on iv's and other things. Tears were streaming my face. When we to the hospital I ran with the gurney to the emergency room. I fought the doctors do I could go back with her. Eventually they let me go back. They took her blood. A few hours later the doctor came back with the results. "She passed out because of an........ overdose on heroine." "What?!" "Do you know where she got it?" "No but I picked this bag out of her hand when I found her." I gave the doctor the bag. "I didn't know what it was. I forgot about it. I was going to give it to you." "Thank you son, this will help us a lot." "Will she be okay?" "Yes. Just keep a close eye on her okay?" "Alright." "When can she go home?" "3 days." "Okay." Her eyes fluttered open. "W...where are we?" She asked, her voice was really husky, it was cute. "What's wrong with my voice?!" "She's having a seizure! Someone go get doctor Blake!" Nalia ran to get the doctor. The nurses and the doctor surrounded Jessica. Filling her with antibiotics and shots. Eventually she passed out. "She will stay for 1 week." Dr.Blake said. "Okay." The nurses and Dr.Blake left. Jess's parents ran in. "My baby!" Mrs.Pritt said. She hugged me. "Thank you." "De nada (no problem.)" "thank you son." Her dad said. "No need."
