I don't ship it. I dont know it's just that I see Discord and Fluttershy being best friends more than anything. Most people probably started shipping them when Fluttershy reformed him. Also, Discord is immortal so whenever Fluttershy dies (sorry, but everybody has to die someday) he will have to spend centuries without her, heartbroken for eternity and I doubt Fluttershy would want that. So, you can come kill me if you want to, but this is just my opinion. The fanart is adorable thought.
