Summery- Thanks to his parents' job transfer, high school freshman Kazunari Usa finally gets to enjoy living on his own in the Kawai Complex, a boarding house that provides meals for its residents. Ritsu, the senpai he admires, also lives in Kawai Complex, as do a few other "unique" individuals: his masochistic roommate Shirosaki; beautiful, big-breasted Mayumi who has no luck in finding men; and sly, predatory college woman Sayaka. Surrounded by these people, Usa never finds his daily life boring.
Personal review-
I liked this show a lot and have read he manga as well so don't get me wrong but... The main character is a real creep, it's like all the time he just watches her while she reads, he also basically stalks her. And the other characters I hate most of them, everyone except for Kawai, Usa, the old landlady, and Shiro. *Cough* so basically I hate Mayumi and Sayaka, mostly in the manga, all they do is get in the way and they are just so annoying and evil. I wanted to watch a romantic anime and all I see 30% of the time is them just being Devils! Other than those two characters I liked the shows and thought it was really funny, and I though the Romance was quite cute as well.
Favorite character- Shiro Well from the first line he said which was, "Do you like pre schoolers." I knew he would probably be one of those ridiculous characters that I love, and he turned out to be just that. While he is very weird and perverted he has his morales, he only looks at people over 18. But he cannot resist such urges like, sticking your face in a hole, ridding a shopping cart, or spinning on a office chair. But these are the things we all must restrain ourselves from doing.... Even if it doesn't have graphics like Charlotte or angel beats, I personally liked it and loved all of the characters appearances, except for Mayumi.
The story was also really cute and funny but the two characters I hate kept interrupting all the good points of the story with their stupidity so that real made me like it a lot less than I think I would have if they weren't in it.
The end was cute and all but it wasn't really a place you would end a season on, maybe a episode but it was a real let down as the end of a season, and it makes you read the manga, which is still unfinished, to get the actual end.
