Here's some stuff:

1. This week is Homecoming week for my school! We have dress up days. On Monday, we wore red white and blue for America day (I had blue jeans with a red flannel belt and a white Batman shirt. The Batman sign was a purposely faded black.) On Tuesday, it was Tourist Tuesday (I wore a Hawaiian shirt, black capris [I didn't have khakis], maroon tube socks [no white ones], a touristy hat, a fanny pack, a map in the fanny pack [on my left hip], and binoculars). On Wednesday, there was the color war, my grade had to wear brown (I decided to wear a brown coat, some baggy brown pants that I kept up with a brown scarf, and brown socks. And don't forget my shirt; the camouflage undershirt that was high enough up to pass the new school dress code but the shoulders too wide, and the over-shirt a Batman tank that covers my shoulders but is too low normally). On Thursday, today, we had to wear 50's stuff. It was awesome! I dressed up like a guy because I don't have any feminine clothes that would pass for then. I went greaser style, with dark jeans and a white t-shirt, but put on a collared gray dress-ish shirt that has two pockets (which I used to conveniently store a piece of paper my teachers needed to sign) and sleeves that go a bit past my elbows, fastened my bowtie Alonso in the collar (YAS!), put on my tennis shoes, borrowed a fedora-like hat from GreekTheGeek's brother, and put my hair up in a tight bun that fit under the hat. I sent a message out to some of my friends about my likeness to a guy from the 50's: the only answers were these (I'll call them by the first letter of their first name)- I: Kinda. A: OH MY GOSH YESSSSSS! R: Definitely! K: Uhhh.. |Well, I went to K's house to walk to school and she didn't answer because she thought I was that kid in my grade, Paul, and was slightly freaked out (so I was a passable guy). I gave the impression that I was Paul to 5 people in total: K, KF, I, E, and S. My friend kumpf08 said I looked Amish and my sister and E (yes, the same E as before) said I looked like a random 50's guy. Tomorrow will be school spirit day, because IT'S HOMECOMING TOMORROW!!!!!! GO TEAM!!! And we've had two volleyball games this week, same outcome. First game won, the last three lost. Ahh, well... We're gonna have a tournament on Saturday anyway. I was told that I did really well in this game, then we went out to eat with my cousin, her boyfriend, and their two daughters (another kid on the way) as well as my aunt. Some moves I managed during the game and for over the net: a back pass (a pass but backwards), a tip (hitting the ball with one hand over the net, falling near it but just over it), a set over the net (pretty clear there), and a pass. I also actually got there late, but the coach didn't yell at me! Yay!

AAAAAAAAND tomorrow will be my 100 day anniversary of watching Doctor Who! Yay! The question is... Should I wear Alonso to school, or at least wear Alonso while eating a celebratory treat for my 100 day anniversary? I think option 2 would work best.

For you magnificent readers who read this all the way through, write what I wore for America Monday and you'll get an Internet cookie.
