Hello guys! I'm going to officially update now, like a life update.
1. ZOOTOPIA
I SAW ZOOTOPIA TODAY AND LOVED IT marixtime can you relate
2. Speech
Speech ended a few weeks ago. Two girls from my school got to go to state and the instructor of Speech brought some kids along to the trip. Sadly, this is my first year, so I couldn't go.
3. Play
I'm in a play! It's gonna be great.
4. Spring Dance
There's a spring dance at my school. It's supposed to be 'semi-formal' so it's not gonna be like the Halloween dance but I have been asked to go to it by someone (ahem Paul) so yay.
5. Sociability
As some of you know, I have really bad social skills (the class and real life tbh). I can talk to people but I'm really awkward. Like, here's an example if you don't believe me:
So, Greek has brothers. One of them has a girlfriend and I met her a few weeks ago. Greek's brother was playing Trivia Crack and he said that as we (me, Greek, and a girl Greek's mom also teaches our religion class to, as the church said she could (I think so at least)) went to the basement, where they were. I said to him, "if you get a question about something that happened to Boston in the early 1900's, it was molasses and it killed 21 people." Then, I walked out of the room. WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING ELSE. what makes it worse, you ask? I'd said something about the Great Molasses Flood a few years or so ago and he already knew about it, I'd simply not thought through what I was saying. It was another instance of Oops-Rain-Wasn't-Thinking-About-What-She-Thought-And-Said-So-She-Birthed-A-Disaster-Through-The-Toothed-Confinement-Cage-Of-Her-Mouth...
... and so was that.
But, anyway. I used to be a lot more comfortable around people than I am now, and then I became really uncomfortable around people. Now, I'm more comfortable with the prospect of human company within my range of senses than I used to be (not used-to-be used-to-be, if that makes any sense at all. Like, the used-to before the used-to). And it's because of Speech and the play, honestly. I used to used to (if that still makes sense) be willing to randomly give people I know and am friends with hugs at random, but then I became unwilling to do that, and now I will! Like, at play practice, I'll give about... 4-8 different people hugs. Especially on Friday xD
