I stare at them. "Wha-what?" I stutter.
"Marvel tried to capture her." Fang pours herself a cup of water, "the Princess? Guards didn't exactly like it." I'm almost shaking with rage.
"WHAT!?" I scream. "But that's not fare! She terrorizes people!" My breathing increases and I clamp my teeth.
"No one cares. That's how royalty works here. He'll be out in a few years." Fang looks at her cup, sadly. Why was Marvel locked away? Did they not try!? DID THEY EVEN CARE HE WAS LOCKED AWAY!?!?
"BUT THEY CANT DO THAT!" I scream. "THATS NOT HOW THINGS SHOULD WORK!"
"Sorry Red." Mage sighs, washing a pot. I look at my hands. My arm hurts. My hands are shaking. My vision is speckled with black dots.
"No," I mumble as I walk towards the door, angrily. "They won't get away with this."
"Red there is nothing we can do." Fang sighs.
"THEY TOOK MARVEL!" I snap at her as I stand in front of the door. "THEY WONT GET AWAY WITH THIS!" I punch the door and the entire wall explodes in black fire (which I was not trying to do) I run out of the house and fly down the streets at high speeds. I feel as I pass things they get ripped to shreds. I stop and feel the wind catch up to me.
"YOU!" I scream. The girl with blond hair with red horns and wore a jean dress.
"Hi!" She waves as she feeds a unicorn an apple. It looked angry and wild. She let a wild unicorn into the lower ring like it was a barn!?
"You will pay for what you did!" I create balls of black fire in my hands and walk towards her.
"Listen," she backs up scared, "calm down. I'm just a fourteen year old girl. You don't want to hurt me."
"Thirteen?" I push through my racing mind. "To them I'm only eleven! How old do I look to them?" But soon that thought was pushed to the side as I launch beams of darkness at her. She screams and i accidentally hit the unicorn. It rears and runs down the street.
"I GOT THIS!" The Princess yells as she runs down the street.
"No! You don't!!!" I scream and shadow arms grab her leg, causing her to trip and face plant into the dirt. I run over to her and stare at her. With one hand out, I create an arrow that goes and kills the unicorn.
"You killed it!" The Princess shouts at me. She stands up, the pink hearts on her cheeks turning white.
"You're the one who brought a wild unicorn into the lower ring!" I snap.
"But you killed it!" She snaps again.
"And you killed my mom." I grab her shirt and lift her into the air, "but you don't see me repeating myself." I throw her into a building. She screams at the flimsy wall breaks. I create shadow arms and send them after arm. They stretch and grab her by both arms.
"I believe the first moment we met I knew I would get revenge!" I scream as I tossed her in the air. She lands, but my shadow double catches her. I dissolve it and the Princess falls onto the floor.
"Who are you?" She asks as she stands up.
"I'm the girl you sent to the mines!" I scream. "When I was young and had a broken arm!"
"I remember you." The Princess gets up and coughs.
"Where are your guards?" I laugh as tow shadow doubles grab her.
"I ran away from the castle!" She proclaims.
"Did you now?" I laugh. "What a please r surprised!" I feel heat surround my body, almost as if I'm on fire. Pure rage and anger surrounds me. She had to pay for what she did. She had to pay she had to pay...
"Red!" I hear Mage scream. I turn and see her. She looks horrified. A tear leaves my eye and I realized what I did. I turn to the Princess and fall to my knees.
"I'm so sorry, Princess." I bow my head and feel tiredness fill my body.
"It's ok." The girl smiles. "But call me Star, I hate being called princess."
I nod and fall to the ground, too tired to move.
"Red?" Someone nudges me.
"Yeah?" I roll, the sun hurting my eyes even though they were closed.
"Are you ok?" The deep voice asks. I roll over and see a man in a clean, suit and brown-blond hair.
"Treetop?" I mumble.
"Too much magical energy, huh?" He laughs.
"This is not a time for jokes." Fang growls.
"What?" Treetop asks.
"We need to talk!" Fang and Mage leaves with him in a hurry.
"I know." I announce. I feel rage leave my body.
"I know you do." Mage rubs my head. "Red... You have to promise me you won't go after Marvel."
"I promise." I get up and smile.
My fingers crossed behind my back.
