The date

Toni P.O.V
It was 4:30 and I was getting ready for my date with Kerri. I didn't know what dress I wanted. There was a white sparkling dress and there was a purple sparkling dress.

Toni: Tamar!!

Tamar: WHAT DO YOU WANT?!?!

Toni: If you went on a date, which dress would you pick?

Tamar: I would pick the white one. Why are you asking me this anyways? Are you going on a date?

Toni P.O.V
I should have never asked her. I knew she would be asking why.

Toni: I'm just asking that when you go on a date. That you could borrow it.

Tamar: Oh ok.

Tamar P.O.V
Something is going on with Toni. She's been acting different than her regular lame self. I like it!!

Toni P.O.V
I had put my dress on and my makeup. I then had heard someone throw a rock on the window. It was Kerri. I then opened the window.

Toni: Hey Kerri. So what is your "mysterious" plan to get me out.

Kerri: Hey Tone. Just jump. I will catch you.

Toni P.O.V
What the heck! That is the most stupidest idea ever. What if he doesn't catch me? Gosh I'm so paranoid. I'm just going to trust him.

Toni had got on the roof and just jumped. Kerri had caught her and he carried her to car and they drove away.

Kerri P.O.V.
When we arrived at the restaurant, I had booked a table for two.

Waiter: So what would you like to eat this evening?

Kerri: I would like a well done steak and the lady should get salad.

Toni P.O.V
Salad?!?! He must not know that I love to eat.

Toni: Salad? Can I get a steak as well. Well done.

Waiter: Ok. Ms. and Mr. Braxton

Toni: Oh we're not married.

Waiter: Sorry about that. Your food will be ready in a minute. (leaves)

Kerri: So... I have a question. Do you like music?

Toni: I love music. Music is my life.

Kerri: We can maybe make some music together.

Toni P.O.V
I knew that Kerri was a celebrity , but I don't think mommy and especially dad would like it. We had talked about Kerri and I making music together.

Kerri: (moves hand to Toni's hand.)

Toni and Kerri looked each other eye to eye. Toni then blushed. Kerri then started to move to Toni's face. He was about to kiss Toni, but Toni turned her head.

Toni: I'm sorry. I can't.

Kerri: So are you ready to go?

Toni: Ok

Toni P.O.V
When we had got home, Kerri had opened the door for me. He looked in my eye and he had kissed me. His lips were soft and tasted like steak.

Kerri P.O.V.
I know she is the one. Her lips were soft and delicate.

When they were done, Toni smiled and blushed.

Kerri: Now we have to find a way for you to get back to your room.

Toni: You could lift me up.

Kerri: Ok.

When Toni was in her room, she said bye to Kerri and blew a kiss.

Toni P.O.V
That date was great, but it was my first date. The door had opened and Tamar came running in my room.

Tamar: Toni, it is 7:00. You have stayed in this room for 2 hours.

Toni: I was... reading a book. (Lying)

Tamar: Where the book at?

Toni: On the dresser.

Tamar: You need to close the window. I don't want any nasty bugs in the house. Well, Good night.

Toni P.O.V
That was a close call. I may just need to tell mommy. I should ask mommy if Kerri can come to church with us in the morning.

Toni had went downstairs and saw her mom on the couch.

Toni: Mommy. Can I ask you something?

Ms. E: What is it Toni?

Toni: I was wondering if I can bring my friend to church. His name is Kerri. He is a great guy.

Ms. E: I don't know Toni. Your dad may not like it.

Toni: Please mommy!

Ms. E: Ok. Ok. Just curl your hair and go to sleep.

Toni: Thanks mommy! (hugs and goes to her room)

Ms. E P.O.V
Her dad is not going to like this. I had to do it because she is 18. She is growing up.

Toni P.O.V:
I couldn't stop thinking about Kerri. That was the greatest moment ever. I now know that he is the one.
