I have not been able to update for a while,(not that anyone really cares) I wanted to say thank you to renesmeewolfe or K. Weikel for making the BEAUTIFUL cover for this book! Okay, back to the story! Oh, and Clairy is on the side!Clairy's pov (yay)
Boys. I hate them. More than anything. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE YOU'RE FOSTER BROTHERS AND PUT CINNAMON IN. YOUR. HAIR. DRYER. Ugh!
I don't like them.
I continued with my fuming and pulled a black T-shirt over my head. I struggled with my acid washed skinny jeans and, having finally pulled them on, I ran out my room I shared with my foster sister Annika and down the hall, and into the living room where the boys, Charlie and Brennan we're playing video games.
I get it, they're both my age and older, but, I was going to get them back.
Starting now.
I snuck over to their waters and picked them up very quietly, still behind them, I poured the two glasses over their heads.
"Hey!" Screamed Brennan, though I was already out the door and had the shouts of 'my hair!' and 'Clairy, I will get you!'
Not likely Brennan.
I laughed as I ran, pushing my bright blue and purple hair out of my eyes and not even caring that my purple shoe laces were untied.
I kept running until I had gone a mile or so and finally slowed down, knowing I was a quarter mile away from my school, where I got in trouble daily and was always getting lunch detentions, not that I ever showed up.
My school didn't exactly mind if I didn't show up as long as I did extra work to make up for it.
I strode into the courtyard, looking for my friends, quite entirely unaware of the black eyes, watching me from behind blue colored contacts and dyed brown hair.
