Tom was at home waiting for Squid to return. It had already been 3 hours and he was starting to worry. Just then, he got a call on his mobile and picked it up.
"Hello" Tom said
"Is that Mr Thomas Spencer?" the person asked
"Yes it is, who is this?"
"This is Officer Zac from Yorkshire Police Department and I am call to tell you that something has happened to your brother David and another girl that was in his car called Nicole Smith"
"What happened to them?"
"Well they got into a car accident and a person who was on their daily walk and saw the car on its roof at the edge of the forest and called us immediately but we can't seem to find the other car. Both David and Nicole were both unconscious when we found them and are in hospital right now"
"I will be right there"
"And before you go, when you arrive we will need to ask you some questions"
"Ok, thank you officer" Tom said and then ran to his car and drove to the hospital.
On the way, he called Stampy.
"Hello" Stampy greeted
"Stampy, it's Tom, something's happened to Squid and Nicole, they were in a car crash and I'm going to the hospital now"
"I will be right over" Stampy said and hung up, obviously running to his car.
Tom had arrived at the hospital after 5mins and raced to Squid and Nicole's ward which was floor 10, room 637. When he arrived, there were police officers outside the door. Then an officer walked over.
"You must be Thomas, I am Officer Zac" Officer Zac said as he and Tom shook hands.
"Hello Officer, you said you wanted to ask some questions" Tom reminded
"Yes I do and I want you to answer with what you only know and nothing but the truth"
"Ok"
"Now first off, does your brother have any 'enemies' that could have done this to him?"
"Yes he does have one person who is neither in his good book nor in hers at the moment. Her name is Jessabelle Corbin and she is David's ex-girlfriend"
"Ok, why weren't they getting along? I know that sounds like a silly question but, it needs to be answered so we can have some clue about who did this"
"Well, two days ago it was David's birthday and Jessabelle decided to destroy David and Nicole's relationship"
"Ok, well that will be all for now but if I need to find out anything else, I will call you" Officer Zac said as he walked off.
Just then Stampy arrived and sat down beside Tom.
"Any news?" Stampy asked
"Nothing" Tom replied.
