Squid And Nicole's Love Story

Chapter 5

The next morning, Squid was woken to his phone going off. He rolled over and grabbed his phone and checked the text. It was from Stampy. It said 'How are you going? You still love struck or what?' Squid rolled his eyes. How long was this going to go on for? Squid texted back 'Ha-ha, very funny Stamps but I have seen how you stare at Sqaishey so, you can't talk'. After he sent it; there was no reply.

Squid chuckled to himself, "I won" and then went downstairs to have breakfast.

Squid ran down the stairs and jumped the last few. He saw his brother in the dining room and joyfully walked in.

"Well, someone looks happy" Tom said; looking up from his cereal.

"Yep, sure am but I have no clue why" Squid said laughing

"I think I know why" Tom says

"Ok then smarty pants, why am I so happy?"

"It's because of your humongous crush on Nicole, trust me I know, remember when I met my girlfriend?"

"Oh no, don't tell me I am going to act like that?"

Tom laughed.

"You should see your face" Tom says; getting up and sneakily taking a photo of Squid and then leaving Squid standing there in disgust.

When Tom left the room, he texted Stampy the picture. The text said 'My brother's face when I told him why he was so happy and how I acted when I met my girlfriends and that would be how he would act LOL'. 5 mins later; Tom got a reply saying 'ha-ha, knew he would act like that'. Tom laughed at the text and then went back downstairs into the dining room to see Squid texting somebody with a smile on his face and Tom being Tom, snuck up behind Squid and snatched his phone.

"Who ya' texting?" Tom asked; already knowing the answer but still looked through the texts to stir his brother.

"Tom, give me my phone" Squid demanded, grabbing for the phone but missing.

"I hate being short" Squid said giving up and sat back down in his chair.

"I'm texting Nicole, now can I have the phone back please?" Squid questioned

"No way, I'm definitely showing these to Stampy" Tom said taking photos with his phone.

"Wait what! Please no Tom, I will not hear the end of it if you show him, please just don't, I will do anything"

"Ok fine, I won't" Tom said to Squid and then said in his head 'but you didn't say I couldn't show Ash' and texted Ash the photos of the texts after giving Squid his phone back who stomped up to his room' He got a reply from Ash saying 'What the hell, does Squid know you texted me these?' Tom then replied 'Nope, he said I couldn't text it to Stampy but he didn't mention anyone else'. Ash then replied 'Oh you will be so dead if he finds out but anyhow, Stampy texted me the picture you sent to him of Squid and that face though'. Tom the texted back 'I got to go, Squid is coming downstairs, talk later' then Ash texted 'Bye and good luck'. Tom smiled and put his phone back in his pocket.
