Adalines POV

Mum dropped me off at the house because she had to go to a job interview.

I hopped out of the car and walked inside my house. "Thank god the first day of my new school is over!" I thought to myself. I walked into the kitchen and grabbed an apple off the counter. I walked over to my couch and plopped down on it. I turned the TV on and started watching "Hero's" on Netflix.

All of the sudden I was interrupted by Quinten and Anders fighting right in front of the TV.

"NO IT'S MINE. GIVE IT BACK." Anders yelled jumping on Quinten's back.

"NO FINDERS KEEPERS LOSERES WEEPERS!" Quinten yelled back throwing Anders off his back.

" HEY BOYS" I yelled at both of them. They both stopped and turned their heads to look at me. "What the hell are you fighting about?"

" Quinten took found my phone and took it from me" Anders said whining " He said he found it so it is his now."

"Quinten! That's his phone. Even though you found that doesn't mean you keep it." I said back to them.

"UGH fine...whatever here." Quinten said handing Anders his phone back.

"Finally" Anders said.

Then Quinten punch Anders and then they started fighting again. I told them to go fight outside and they ran straight outside. Thank god they are gone. I watched 3 more episodes of Hero's until it was dinner time.

"Adaline! Dinner!" Mum yelled to me.

"Okay! I'll be right there." I yelled back.

I got up from the couch and walked to the ddinning room. I sat down at the table and started to dig in. I was starving. I shoved a spoonful of mashed potatoes in my mouth beofre looking up to see my family staring at me. Their hands stuck together. I forgot to pray.

After we prayed I stuffed myself. We had steak and mashed potatoes and green breans. It was the best food I have had in a while.

After dinner I walked up to my room. I plopped down on the bed. Just as I was about to fall asleep I forgot to text Kian. Crap!

I jumped up and grabbed my phone that was sitting on the night table next to me. I looked at his number and tped it in. I sent him a message.

To: Kian

Hey. This is Adaline

Five minutes later.

From: Kian

Hey SassQueen.

To: Kian

What are you doing?

From: Kian

Nothing much. Why?

To: Kian

Trying to make conversation. XD

From: Kian

Oh. XD. Well i got to go. Im tired gotta get some rest for school tomorrow. Night SassQueen.

To: Kian

K night

And with that we both went to sleep.
