You and Daehyun have been friends for about few years. Daehyun is so popular at school and he has lots of girls chasing him around. But among those girls, there is this girl called, “Hana”, and she is so pretty and she likes Daehyun. You also thought Daehyun liked her back. Because every lunch time, they always sat together and talked, laughed and eat with each other. And you were jealous everytime. Why? Because you liked Daehyun a lot. But you couldn’t dare to tell him because of two reasons. One is because Daehyun is your friend and you knew it would be awkward, and the other reason is because you were friends with Hana. She was your friend and if she finds out that you like Daehyun, she will hate you forever and make you a loner in the whole entire school. So you kept it to yourself for about 3 years.
It was Friday, you were eating lunch with Hana. Hana said, “OMG. Jiyoon likes Daehyun, did you know that? Who does she think she is?”. You looked at Hana and asked, “Jiyoon-ie... likes Daehyun? What are you going to do?”. Hana laughed and asked, “What do you mean what am i gonna do? Obviously i will make everyone hate her so that she gives up.”. You nodded. Jiyoon is also your friend. She is pretty and sweet. You said, “Jiyoon-ie is also cute and sweet.”. Hana glared at you. You quickly looked away and said, “Hey it’s time, let’s go.”. You guys went into the classroom.
You sat down. You looked at Hana and she was sitting next to Daehyun. You felt depressed again so you quickly looked away. Then suddenly Daehyun called out your name. You looked. Daehyun asked, “Let’s go eat something after school.”. You nodded cos that’s what you guys always did. But then Hana interrupted and said, “I want to go too! Take me with you, Daehyun-ah~~” and she was holding Daehyun’s arms. You looked at that and you cleared your throat. You felt quite uncomfortable. You said, “Then you guys can just go alone, i anyways have a tuition.”. Daehyun said, “You don’t have tuitions on Fridays”. You asked, “How do you know?”. Daehyun smirked and said, “Cos i do. Okay, so we are going, i’ll drop you off”. You sighed. Then Daehyun said, “OKay, fine.”. Then he shouted, “OKAY, ANYONE WHO WANTS TO FOLLOW, COME! ANYONE! AFTER SCHOOL!”. Then the whole class started to scream and shout. You didn’t really wanted to go, but you had no choice since Daehyun even invited the whole class.
It was after school. You guys were deciding which car to take. Then Daehyun said, “Okay, then me, Baekhyunnie, (your name) will take my car, and rest of you come by taxis.”. They nodded, but then Hana shouted, “I want to go with you!” and she held Daehyun’s arms. You rolled your eyes. You said, “Um, is it okay if i just walk there?”. Daehyun said, “No, take my car”. You said, “I want to go alone.”. Daehyun asked, “Are you sure?”. You nodded. Daehyun said, “Okay then, lets go”. Then when everyone went into the taxi and left, you started to walk. You were walking and walking.
You finally reached the restaurant. You went in and Daehyun raised his hand up and said, “Here!”. You smiled and sat down. Hana was sitting next to you. Hana asked, “Wasn’t it tiring?”. You said, “It was okay haha i like to walk so its fine”. Then as you guys were waiting for the food to come out, one of the boy in your class said, “Lets play truth or dare!”. Then he asked Daehyun, “Jung Daehyun, Truth or Dare?”. Daehyun laughed and said, “Dare.”. The boy stood up and said, “What should i ask him to do?”. The class were laughing. Then he said, “Kiss Hana on the lips! WOO!!!!”. You looked at Daehyun. Inside your heart, you were begging, ‘Dont kiss her. Dont kiss her.’. Hana stood up and smiled. Daehyun stood up and went to Hana. You were watching them. Then Daehyun looked at you. You quickly looked away. Hana closed her eyes and waited for Daehyun to kiss her. Daehyun was just standing there. The boy shouted, “Hurry up!!!”. Daehyun said, “Wait, there’s a lot of people here and i am an idol.”. Then the boy said, “Right, then should we just go into one of the rooms?”. The class shotued, “Yeah!!” and you guys moved into one of the restaurant rooms. You were just sitting down. Daehyun said, “I really can’t.”. The boy asked, “Why?”. Hana said, “I think he is too shy”. Daehyun said, “No, because... cos there is someone else i have a crush on.”. Hana and everyone else looked at Daehyun. So did you. You were staring at him, feeling disappointed that he likes someone. The boy asked, “And.... who is the girl?”. Daehyun hesitated. He said, “its.. um.. I cant tell you yet.”. The boy said, “Okay then kiss Hana. You have two choices. Kiss Hana or tell us who you like”. Daehyun said, “Okay fine. I like you, (your name)” and he looked at you. The class looked at you and there was a silence. You pointed at yourself and asked, “Me?”. You couldn’t believe it. Hana looked at you and then Daehyun. Then she held Daehyun’s shoulders and kissed him on the lips...
