It's been two months since the attack at our house. But now everything is back to normal and Blake is now back on the court playing in the NBA Finals with the Clippers and they were playing against the Cleveland Cavaliers at Staples Center. We arrived at the stadium hours early before Game 7 started to watch Blake and the boys practice and then they went into the locker rooms. Me, Ford, Braya and Wilson walked in with them (the Clippers would always let their wives or fiancées or girls and children come in the locker room) and listened to what Doc had to say.

"Now, you guys have been doing very good throughout these finals and I'm very proud of you guys. I know that losing Game 6 was tough but you guys learned from that lost and gained momentum for Game 7. Now I want you guys to give it all you got tonight and whether we win or lose, you guys have won in my book. Now let's go out there and show those Cavs what we've got," he said and they all cheered and they all left, except for me and Blake (Gail and Tommy took the kids to our seats).

"Hey, good luck out there tonight and be careful," I said.

"I will," he said,"I love you."

"I love you too Blake," I said and then he picked me up and we made out for like 5 minutes.

"Aye, c'mon you two love birds. Let's go," said Doc. Then Blake put me down and we held hands and walked out to the court. We were greeted by fans and then we gave each other one last kiss and departed from each other. Then I sat next to Ford and the rest of the Griffins and my kids in the stands (My mom was watching over Jayna because she wasn't old enough to come to the games yet) and the game began.

(Skipping to 2nd OT):
It was at the final seconds of the 2nd OT at Staples Center and the Cavs were in the lead 134-132. Everybody was standing up and cheering as loud as they could and then DJ passed the ball to Blake, shot a three for the win and...IT WENT IN! The Clippers won the 2020 NBA Finals. Me and the rest of the family were jumping for joy and the kids hugged us and screamed with happiness. Then we went down the stairs and ran towards Blake and the Clippers and he hugged and kissed us and we hugged Chris, DJ, JJ and the other Clippers and Doc and the other families. Then we came back to Blake.

"We did it," he said.

"Congratulations Babe," I said and then we hugged and kissed each other. Then we went up to the podium where Adam Silver presented the Clippers the NBA Finals trophy and Blake was named finals MVP.

"Blake, I know that you said that you wanted to be an MVP someday and not only have you been named the finals MVP, you have also been named the 2020 NBA MVP," said Adam and he gave him the MVP trophy. I hugged and kissed Blake and crowd chanted,"MVP! MVP! MVP! MVP!"

"Congrats Babe," I said.

"Thanks Babe," he said and he grabbed the mic and made his speech.

"Wow. This is amazing. First of all, I would like to thank God for blessing me with wonderful things throughout the past few years. I would like to thank my family, my clipper family, my friends and Doc and my four amazing kids Ford, Braya, Wilson and Jayna. Plus, I would like to thank my beautiful and lovely wife Emily. Em, you are the reason why I'm here. I'm so happy and so blessed to have you in my life and I love you so much. You're the real MVP." I cried because I thought that was the sweetest thing he had ever said to me and we kissed and hugged kissed each other.

"Thank you all so much," said Blake and crowd cheered for him and chanted MVP one last time and him and the Clippers took a group photo and then we went into the locker room. When we got there, there were bottles of champagne and DJ and Austin Rivers and the new Clipper family members Rudy Gay and Damian Lillard popped them open and sprayed on us.

"WATCH OUT FOR THE KIDS!" Blake and I yelled.

"Sorry," said Rudy.

"It's ok," said Ford, Braya and Wilson. Then we went back to our house for the celebration party. What a fun and exciting time we had. :)
