After mine and micheal's conversation I cuddled into bed with lux and pulled her against my body and my mind instantly goes to Michael than I felt small hands grip on to my shirt knowing its lux cause she's the only one in here and two that's an old habit of hers. After and hour of thinking I let my tired mind go to sleep

It was around 7 when I woke up and I laid in my bed thinking about how grateful to have my nieces to live with me just seeing the stitches on Alex's eyebrow and her bruised cheek and neck made my heart I didn't say anything about the neck I there was a reason to hating Travis now I'm so scared for my sisters life. After 40 minutes of laying in my bed I decided to check on my girls I snuck around the house until I met with Alex's door and I opened it and I saw lux sitting up staring at Alex with a tear stained face I walked over to her and she gripped my shirt and wrapped herself around my body and I picked her up without any words we walked down stairs and I sat her on a stool in the island I looked at her "you want to help me make pancakes oh and the boys are coming over" she smiled really big and nodded her head "can we add chocolate chips please" I nodded and said a simple of course

*dreams*
"You're just an unwanted attention whore of a daughter" a slap across my face a foot to my rip cage I saw lux standing there with a black eye and split lip and a gun to her head
I tired to get up to save lux but no another kick to my stomach and now he put a foot on my stomach with all pressure to and my father leaned down and spoke "oh daughter do you actually think he would love such a used piece of meat like you you're so funny"

I shot up from my sleeping position I started to cry and I didn't know where lux was so I started to freak out and than I relax a little when I remember where we were and than I remember about last night how I told micheal everything I decided to get I went down stairs and right before I walked through the kitchen door I heard aunt Jane ask lux why she was crying this morning and than I hear lux voice "because auntie I had a dream about mummy daddy and sissy and daddy killed lex and mommy" my hand went over my mouth I waited a couple minutes until I went in once I walked through the kitchen door lux jumped off the stool and ran into my arms and she played with my long black hair "we made pancakes with chocolate chip sis" she said really fast and excited "oh and Luke is here and the boys" she said while her cheeks got red I smiled and put down I ran my hand though her hair aunt Jane looked at me with sad eyes I gave her a sad smile

I was in the kitchen and all I could imagine what was lux told me seeing Alex and Kate dead Alex gave me a sad smile than my phone went off unknown number I walked out the room

Michael sat next to me and Luke sat next to lux ,lux was telling Luke about how she cut count to 40 and how she can do math already trying to impress boys lol Jane came back into the room tear stained cheeks she spoke so softly "like can you take lex into the other room please" no questions asked lux and Luke were gone my hands started to shake and Michael grabbed my hand trying to calm me.
