Tris's Pov
Today is the day where I find out if I can live the rest of my Dauntless life. I'm so scared!!! Will I make it???? I hear something and it just gets louder every second, what is it?? Then... this happens.
"Hey Tris!!!!!!!," says Christina.(very loud)
"Oh, um hey Christina," I say.
"So.....whatcha doing??" Christina says.
"Nothing just eating my food," I say.
"So you busy today?"
"No....... I don't like where this is going."
Christina takes my hand and starts to drag me!
"Wait! Chris! Where are we going?" I say.
When we get there, Christina drags me to my closet to find something to wear.
"What are we doing, Chris!!!!"
"Just stop talking and start walking!"
"What was so important that I couldn't finish my food????"
She gives me a 'I know that you know that we're going somewhere and you won't like it' look.
"Chris, just tell me already!"I say, "I already lost half of my hamburger and...... ALL OF MY FRIES!"
"It's just fries Tris, it's no big deal. you can get some more tomorrow," Chris says.
"But I want my fries NOW!" I say whining so I can eat my delicious fries!
As you should probably know, I love my fries!
"No! we have to get ready for ......... something," Chris says.
"I WANT MY FRIES NOW!!! NOW!!" I say.
"Fine," Christina says exasperated,"We'll get more fries later after we're done with something special. Okay? Just stop whining!!"
"YAY! Fries!" I say.
I start pulling on her sleeve towards the cafeteria to get my fries!
"No Tris! i said that we would get fries when we were done with getting ready!"
"But Chris!"
"No buts! Now we gotta go! do you want to stand here and waste time or go and get ready and MAYBE have time to get your stinking fries?" Chris says.
"Fine! What are we doing?"
"Well, we are going to your closet to see your clothes right now."
We walk in silence. Partly because she is still dragging me. Mostly because i still haven't gotten my fries yet.
We get to my closet and Christina looks around for a while until she sticks her head back out and shakes her head at me.
"You have a horrible wardrobe Tris. Good thing you have me as your friend!"
Please don't be shopping!!! Please don't be shopping!!
"Let's go shopping!!!" christina says.
"Why Chris????" I say.
"Um well there is a party at Zeke's house and we are going to play games and party to get our minds off the ranks and we need to go ....."
