Chapter 13 - Life or Death ?

• [Key - Kayla(J) : Kayla in disguise as Jennifer ] •

The limo takes a full 360 turns on the highway going against traffic speeding to the nearest Hospital . The SUVs in the back are already contacting the Hospital & Police officers to block off roads . Cars going the right direction are forced to pull over as the limo is heading towards them going 120 mph .
Kayla(J) pulls Adam into the limo as she pulls a napkin out her pocket and covers up Adams blood wounds with them .

Kayla(J) : DON'T WORRY ! WE'RE GETTING YOU HELP RIGHT NOW !!

Kayla(J) picks up her phone & contacts the Secret Agents
*Phone Conversation*
Kayla(J) : CODE RED !! CODE RED !! CALL IN A SOUTHSIDE SHUT DOWN !! I AM SENDING OUT AN ORDER .. CALL IN THE S.W.A.T & TELL THEM TO GET EVERYONE OFF THE STREETS !! ANYONE ELSE ON THE STREETS WILL BE TAKEN IN AS A SUSPECT !!
*End of phone conversation*

The big clock in the Southside rings which is an Emergency Bell , people all around rush home & are pushing each other out the way .. ITS CAOS ! Police officers & S.W.A.T Teams are spraying civilians & hitting them with Riot shields ordering them to go home . The limo finally pulls into the Hospital parking lot as Doctors & Nurses are waiting . 6 to 9 doctors & secret agents help carry Adam onto a gurney , as they carry Adam away Kayla(J) yells to Adam "I LOVE YOU !" . Doctors order says Kayla(J) is not allowed to go back into the surgery room. Every media outlet & News channel is broadcasting BREAKING LIVE NEWS that Adam West has Just been shot , no words have come out of Adams condition. The streets of the Southside are quite .. Nothing to be heard but the gust of the wind .

        ( Jennifer POV )
Jennifer is crying her eyes out after witnessing the tragedy.

Jennifer : My baby Adam ... He's been shot ! NO ! NO !

The screams of Jennifer crying echoes throughout hell .

Jennifer : First she gets engaged to MY BOYFRIEND ! Then she gets pregnant by MY BOYFRIEND ! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH !

             ( Kayla POV )
After 2 hours of waiting Doctors finally come out of the Survey room to let Kayla(J) know of Adams condition.

Doctor : I have good news & Bad News Ms.Jennifer

Kayla(J) : Oh god ... Give me the Good news first

Doctor : Good News is , Adam is Alive & Awake

Kayla(J) : Thank Go-

Doctor : Well the Bad News is .. He's not doing so well , the Bullet hit him right in his heart , he only has a few hours to live . I'm sorry Ms.Jennifer .. But there is nothing we can do

Kayla(J) : where is he ?

Doctor : Straight shot down the hall first door on the right .

Kayla(J) slowly a makes her way down the hall & notices 2 secret agents standing on both sides of the door. Kayla(J) walks into the Room to find Adam with lots of Tubes coming out his body .

Kayla(J) : oh Adam ... Look at you , I'm so sorry this had to happen.

Adam : It's not your fault baby .

Kayla(J) : Adam ... The doctor says you don't have much time left so I want to purpose an idea . There is one way you can get out of this .

Adam : well .. Spit it out ! HOW?! I am not ready to die yet .

Kayla(J) : *Kayla Takes a Deep breath*
The only way you can come out of this is to ...... Sell your soul in exchange for eternity living .

Adam : WHAT ???

Kayla(J) : Listen .. With you selling your soul , you can inherit powerful supernatural possessions & NEVER DIE . This is a Win Win situation for you . PLEASE Adam , do it for me & the baby .

Adam : Fine , how does this work ?

Kayla(J) it's a process but , I know how to do it . We have to do it in a very specific place .

Kayla(J) & Adam check out of hospital & gets into the limo .

Adam : Where are we going ? We have to make it fast cause I don't have much time to live .

Kayla(J) : Ok , we'll get there in time

The limo pulls into this Forest of tress & a pit of coal with a Giant owl statue .
Kayla(J) & Adam both get out the limo & head over to the pit of coal & owl statue . Kayla(J) pulls out a lighter out her pocket & throws it onto the coal causing the entire pit to go up in hot flames . Kayla(J) then pulls out a Knife from her pocket & makes a small cut on Adams hand . The blood that spills out of Adams hand Kayla(J) licks up into her mouth & spits the blood into the fire .

Kayla(J) :ok Adam .. Lay down on the ground . The power of the ritual will cause you to float , so do not be scared .

Adam : ok

*Kayla Saying The Soul ritual*
" Oproep aan die Vader van die duisternis, Ons het 'n Soul handel. Ons noem vir 'n Handel van Adam West siel vir ewig lewe en toegang tot die spel. "
( Translation :  Calling To The Father Of Darkness , We have a Soul Trade . We Call for a Trade of Adam West soul for eternity life & access to the Spells . )

As Kayla(J) says the Ritual Adam raises higher & higher into the Air. The flames starts to rise really high , the coal pit starts to split in half as lava is now being shown which is the entrance to hell. Adam is forced to have both his Ames raised up by a unknown force as if he is being tied up. A Giant Red hand reaches out of the lava pit & reaches directly at Adam . The giant hand has really sharp claws & arm Is snake skin texture with black marks on it. The giant hand reaches right into Adams body & pulls out a light blue figure which is Adams soul . The Giants hand takes Adams soul into the lava & the flames from the pit go out as Adam falls straight to the ground .

Kayla(J) : ADAM ! ADAM !

Kayla(J) runs straight to Adam standing over top of him .

Kayla(J) : are you ok Adam ?

Adam opens his eyes & has Dark Browns snake eyes and tells Kayla(J) "Never Better"
