Chapter 22

Chapter 22 - Queen Is Coming Home
• Dooms Day : 1 Weeks Away •

The Next Day

Jennifer wakes up early in the morning to attend another meeting . She goes into the living room to see her sister Chanel sleeping on the pillow couch .
Jennifer just smiles & starts to get ready . Chanel wakes up & goes to see Jennifer .

Chanel : where you headed off to ?

Jennifer : I have a Queen Emergency meeting to go to . You'll be ok for a few hours here by yourself right ? 

Chanel : yea , I'll be fine . You go & Handel your business .

Jennifer : Thanks .

Jennifer puts on her make up & a all pink suit .

Jennifer : I'll be back by 11 or 12 , help yourself to the food in the fridge .. I eat for free here .

Jennifer leaves her hotel & gets into her awaiting limo to take her to her Emergency Meeting  .

• Southside ( Adam POV ) •

Adam is sitting in bed thinking deeply about how he had betrayed Jennifer .
( Adam Thinking : Why did I turn on the one person that loved me ? I'm so stupid ! There's no turning back from this ... I don't deserve her . I'm sorry Jennifer )
Adam goes into Jennifer office & begins to write something down on a sheet of paper . He then goes downstairs to the kitchen & looks in the back where he keeps personal things . Adam pulls out black lock box & unlocks the box with the key in his pocket . After he unlocks the box he pulls out a 44 magna hand gun . He takes the gun & walks out to the backyard all the way to the edge of the cliff . Adam starts to cry as he hold up the gun directly at his head . Adam heart starts to race extremely fast as fingers shake slowly pulling the trigger .
" BOOM "
The gun goes off echoing throughout the Southside . Adam opens his eyes & looks up in shock to find out he's not dead . A 7 foot demon caught the bullet just seconds before it landed right in Adam skull . Adam turns around to see Kameron standing right behind him .
The demon disappears in mid air causing a slight fog .

Adam : B-Bu-But .... Why ?

Kameron : kill yourself is not the answer Adam , I noticed you trying to shoot yourself so I summoned that demon to catch the bullet .

Adam : Tha- Give me one good reason why I shouldn't kill myself .. In turning on the only person that truly loves me !!

Kameron : Jennifer doesn't deserve happiness ... She killed her own friends to be in the Possession she is in . People like deserve every bad deed that comes their way ! That's why we are taking her OUT !

Adam : I didn't look at it that way .... But still , she never did those horrible things to me-

Kameron : and how will killing yourself make that better ? You do realize if you would have killed yourself Jennifer would forever be wondering why you did .

Adam : .....

Kameron : exactly .. You don't want to hurt her but did not think snot you would be leaving her to be killed my 4 people & 2 kids to raise .

Adam : I feel so--- so

Kameron : stupid right ? Listen .. There are things people have to do to become in power .. How you think Jennifer became in power ?

Adam : You're right ... I don't know what I was thinking really .

Kameron : that's more like it . I don't officially trust you by yourself so I'm gonna stay here for a bit .

Adam : ok

Adam & Kameron both go into the house .

Kameron : I think it's best for you to take a nap or something ..

Adam : fine , I could use the sleep .

Adam goes upstairs into Jennifer bedroom & goes to sleep .

• Jennifer POV •

Jennifer is finally out of her meeting & heads to her hotel room .

Jennifer : Hey Chanel .

Chanel : hey sis , how was the meeting ?

Jennifer : good ... It's finally over . The queen of the North is taking the land to construct a new city for the NorthSide .

Chanel : well good for her , now that's it's over ... Me & you can finally hang out .

Jennifer : yea :) where you wanna go ?

Chanel : well I was thinking about we go out & eat .. Maybe the spa.

Jennifer & Chanel hang out all day long like they were kids having the best time of their shopping , having fun & just bonding . After hours of having fun Jennifer & Chanel both arrive back to the hotel room .

Jennifer : you Ready to head back to the SouthSide ? :)

Chanel : yes but earlier I was informed that I have to finish a few things before I leave ... But I promise , I will be over there after .

Jennifer : ok , I understand .

Jennifer quickly packs her suitcase & headed out her hotel room . Before Jennifer leaves the hotel , she passes Chanel a card .

Jennifer : when you're ready to come over .. Give me a call .

Chanel : will do .

Jennifer : Ok ... Love you sis .

Chanel : love you too sis :)

Jennifer leaves the hotel & is taken to the airport where her Royal Aircraft awaits . It's late & the clock is just minutes away from hitting 12am . Jennifer walks up the aircraft stairs & waves goodbye to the EastSide . The Royal aircraft takes off at 12am starting it's 9 hour flight back to the Southside .

It's 12 am which means ... It's Dooms Day For The Southside !
